Starting Anal Sex – initial pain

Anal Sex – Starting out

by jacquie30s – July 24, 2016 Hi I’m pretty new to anal and would like to be able to take my master’s
cock. My question is probably pretty rudimentary, but i would appreciate any information on your own
experiences.

If it’s painful at the beginning can it feel better once it is in, or does the pain just continue? I’m ok I think
to take a bit of pain but I’m worried that too much will scare me off anal.

There are a lot of different causes for pain in the ass. Most of the pain is no big deal. Stop for a minute or
slow down and the pain stops. Like stretching the skin around the anus is no worse than stretching your
skin on any other part of the body. Although the anus is one of the more sensitive parts of the body, it is
fear, uncertainty and doubt that give people an exaggerated sense of pain in this area.

Now there are a number of rings of muscle around the anal canal which we group into the two structures
we call the inner and outer anal sphincters. The pelvic floor muscles and other connective tissue and
muscles support these structures. Stretching a muscle is not a problem. But when you start to feel pain
from a muscle, depending on how much, that area might feel tender for some time after, if not during.
Tearing a muscle is a show stopper for most people but not all. As with any other toren muscle, you will
feel that for days after. Some people are into the pain and like to be reminded of it in the days that follow,
but these people are not in the majority.

Hemorrhoids and fissures are funny things. They can be a show stopper but not necessarily. Loads of
people have these things. Everyone can expect that they have or will have them at some time in their live.
The overwhelming majority will never know. Anal sex is known to reduce the occurrence of these over
time but badly executed anal sex can also be the cause of them in the beginning.

Friction pain can be internal or external and continues and increases until the friction stops. Lube is the
solution for this.

There are also autonomic responses and bruising. These can present as referred pain.
At the end of the day the most important thing to achieve is trust. Trust in your own body’s abilities,
trusting your partner and open communication is an essential part of this. The Top must respect the
feelings, emotions and physical responses, if not the limits/limitations, of the Bottom. The Bottom must
communicate when things are not going right, whether psychological or physical, and not be afraid to say
stop. It is often a lot harder for the inexperienced Bottom to accurately describe what is/was going wrong.
For the Top, is it often hard to hear any criticism. This you just have to work on.

The article Common Causes of Anal Sex Problems is a prety good starting point for beginners and helps
gives couples common language and understanding if things don’t go to plan.

Also remember that anal sex is not always difficult. Perfectly Easy Anal Sex – A success story is a good
reminder of this very point.

Hi max, thanks for the advice. I think I’m going to try pushing out when my master wants to try again and
hopefully when i contract it will invite his cock in. Fingers crossed. It works in theory… i think.

Pushing your anus out and well lubed insides are key.

Put down a towel if you are worried about the lube coming out when you push your anus out. Once the
head of his cock is past the anal sphincter (between 2 and 3 inches – 50 to 75 mm), your inner sphincter
will completely relax. If your sphincter contract after this point is reached, it will only be the outer
sphincter. Remember, your outer sphincter is controlled by your conscious mind. You will need you
partners cooperation here. You need to stop, breath and compose yourself. Even if you find it difficult to
release the outer sphincter again, all you need is a bit of patients. The outer anal sphincter is a muscle type
that “fatigues”. That means that the contraction will only be temporary and then the outer sphincter will
relax even if you don’t will it to do so.

This process is why so many say it starts out hurting and then it stops hurting. The first step of getting
past the inner sphincter just takes patients. Very slowly creeping the head of the cock in as the inner
sphincter slowly gives way to the pressure. Then pausing for a minute while the outer sphincter clenches
(if it does). If you keep pushing out the outer sphincter won’t clench. Then slowly start moving the cock
in and out. Slowly increasing thrust length and ultimately speed.

If he starts going too deep, you will feel some deep pain. Don’t panic about this just make sure he backs
off to an acceptable speed and length of penetration.

Approach every encounter the same way. If you feel you are hitting a roadblock, come and ask for a little
more guidance. Hopefully all will go well.

Thank you. You seem to know a lot about anal. I’ll be sure to get your guidance if i get stuck.
Which are the “right” soaps for “total colon clean”?
Posted on 9 May, 2015 by Max Private
I must say, I have been meaning to add to that article, even make some changes based on further case
studies and experiments. But to your question. You want a mild soap. While I am still researching the
science behind this, the gentleness of a soap is more affected by the choice of oils used. So claims of pH
balanced etc. often are misguided assurances. That is because the vagina has a pH between 3.5 and 4.5,
the human skin has a pH between 5 and 7 and none of that matters because the rectum has a pH of 7 to 8.
That is to say that any ordinary soap is more likely to have a pH closer to the pH of the rectum/colon that
a soap that is “pH balance” for human skin or women’s pussies. ( sic:- UNC Pharmacopedia – Rectal
and Vaginal) Down to specifics. One product that is very good is
[FemFresh][http://www.femfresh.com.au/FemFresh_Intimate_Wash]. This is an Australian product but
other global soap maker will have an equivalent. Ignore the comments about it having a high pH (that is
standard for soaps). The important statement is *”The hypoallergenic formula has been dermatologically
and gynaecologically tested…”* and I can vouch for the products gentleness when it comes to the anus
and rectum. [Castile soaps][http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castile_soap] are heralded by many enema
enthusiast and I have to agree with them. Dr. Bronner (Another Australian product but use all over the
world for enemas and therefor I must assume available all over the world) makes a range of [liquid
Castile soaps][http://www.drbronner.com.au/liquidsoap.html] with different essential oils added. The
scent helps to neutralize the inevitable smell that accompanies the total colon clean out. Stay away from
the astringent oils like peppermint, citrus and Eucalyptus (some love it but they like astringent agents up
their ass). To keep things soothing, so you can use your anus and rectum of other activities without
waiting for the irritation to pass, use lavender, baby mild or Rose. Dr. Bronner’s is great because it is
highly concentrated so you only need a few drops (6 – 10) in a litre of water. Finally, baby shampoo.
Truely! It is readily available and dirt cheap. Basically any “No More Tears” formulation. If it won’t
irritate a baby’s eyes it is not going to irritate the anus or rectum. I got DirtyGardenGirl onto this. She is
one person who cannot afford to have chemical irritating her ass just before a performance.

Staying in Anal Shape

Staying in anal shape when flying solo. Any thoughts?

by ann_moonrider
Broke up with my boyfriend 6-months ago and moved. Single since then. He was the first guy that I had
ever had satisfying anal sex with. It takes me a while to get relaxed, and things got better as we practiced
together.

Been on my own now for half a year, and I’m wondering if the back-door progress I made will fade, and
if I start up with a new lover, will I have the tightness trouble that I had at first. Has this happened to
anyone?

I’m wondering if I should ‘practice’ with a vibe or dildoe to keep in shape?

30 min Colon Clean Out

Posted on 11 Dec, 2014 by Max Private
Preamble
This article has been published to help a member of FetLife who came to me for assistance with a specific
situational problem. The home is not conducive to using enemas (shared accommodation). They get away
to their playmate’s place for the weekend but they don’t want to waste a good portion of Friday evening
preparing following a three hour drive from work. In fact they don’t want to waste a second. So her ass
has to be clean by the time she gets there and that is usually 6 or 7 hours after her lunch break, the only
opportunity she has to clean out (bummer). So Friday lunch is the only opportunity which she can sort out
for a serious enema and that only gives her about 30 mins, So….
The 30 min Colon Clean Out

Guide to Colon Dimensions

When time is of the essence, the most important point is not to start with a large volume enema. You need
to work up to it. When you are in a hurry the very last thing you want to do is to push any gas and/or
solids backwards up your rectum and colon. When you are in a hurry it is extremely tempting to push as
much fluid as fast as possible up your ass to get the cleaning process going, but that is guaranteed to push
stuff backwards and that will cause stoppages and cramping when you try to expel. It will completely
derail your efforts to be fast. Slow and steady wins the race. To help avoid pushing stuff the wrong way,
always stand up or be vertical when filling. Don’t use positions or techniques to “help” the enema go in.
If it doesn’t go in easily, if you feel cramps or pressure, you know that the fluid is pushing up against
either gas or solids. It is not a problem if the fluid goes past solids (as long as they are not carried up the
wrong way int he process) but if it is pushed past gas the gas often causes a vapor lock. There will be lots
of cramping on the way out and nothing comes back past it in a hurry. Since there is no way to know if
the pressure is from a gas pocket or a solid mass you have to take the approach that it is gas. You don’t
have the time wait for your colon to shift a gas pocket that is preventing stuff getting past or out.
Step 1 – Empty the rectum
Anus and Rectum Details

Start with a very small amount of warm water. You don’t need to use a enema bag for this step. If might
be easier/quicker is you use an enema bulb syringe. You must use warm water to help relax the muscles.
The warmer the better but don’t scald your ass. 100ml or 1 oz, just to help empty the rectum of any solids
or gas quickly. 1 squirt and 1 squat should only take a minute.
Step 2 – Flush the rectum
Next is a quick flush of the rectum. Depending on your anatomy you will need 300-500ml to fill the
rectum. Using enema bottles or syringes can be problematic as you are likely to go too fast or too far.
Take it slow is the key and stop if you feel any cramping or pressure. You have either reached the top of
the rectum or you have encountered more solids or gas. Solids or gas might have descended when you
squatted the first time or you may not have emptied the rectum entirely with the first squat. Regardless,
stop and squat when you feel the pressure. A fart at the end of the squat is always a good sign. Gas is your
enemy and you want it out.
Step 3 – Empty the Sigmoid Colon
Third step is to clean out the sigmoid and even the descending colon. That does not mean filling them
with water. If you didn’t get to 500ml (or a pint) on the last step you should be able to get there now, but
it is OK if you don’t. The program is much the same as before – don’t push it and make sure the water
flow is slow! It should take about 1 min to take 500ml. And if it goes in without any resistance, no more
than 1 qt – 1 ltr. Warm water as always. Fill yourself as before, until you feel the pressure or cramping.
Don’t keep filling beyond this point even if you don’t seem to have got any further than last time, but this
time don’t expel right away.
You have to hold it, without adding any more water, until the cramp or pressure passes. You will feel
your insides relax dramatically. Then you should find it easy to hold for a couple of minutes. If the
pressure/cramps start again, try to hold it till the feeling passes. Now sit, don’t squat. Drop your knees
below your hips, sit up and arch back a little to help straighten out your lower bowel. Try to control the
expulsion so that it is more of a release than a push.

When the flow stops or peters out to a dribble, deliberately clench your anus to stop (wipe) and stand up.
Stretch, arch your back, twist your torso and use your stomach muscles to push your belly out. If you can,
walk around for a minute. Softly “smooth” your hands over your belly in circular motions. Now sit in a
more regular toilet position, knees up high, in a proper squatting position if you can and give it a push to
see what more you can get out. Give it at least a minute.

This will have taken you up to the 10 min mark or there abouts.
Step 4 – Empty the colon
Now it is time for the 2 quarts – warm water. It should be taken slowly. This is why it is often said that an
enema bag should not be hung higher than your shoulder or head height. The water should flow easily
without any resistance until it reaches the top of the descending colon. At this point you might feel some
amount of pressure or a subtle cramping – Somewhere between 1 pnt/500ml to 1 qrt/1 ltr. The pressure
might be quite consistent. As long as it is a small amount and doesn’t keep building up, keep letting the
water flow in. You might even notice the water flow stops briefly when you feel this pressure. If the
pressure keeps building up as it did before then stop, as you did before. Hold it as in the last step. Follow
the same release pattern as above and the start step 4 again.

If you did feel any resistance, it will pass once you get more than half the water in. Keep filling slowly. It
should take three (3) or more minutes before all the water is inside. You should be able to hold it quite
easily. Hold it for several minutes (up to 5 mins.). Rub your belly gently smoothing the palms of your
hands over the surface in circular motions.

When you sit, assume the upright sitting arched back slightly with knees dropped. Try to let it flow rather
then push. When the flow slows to a trickle. Stop! No matter how hard it is to stop, STOP! Wipe, stand up
for a minute and then sit again. If you feel a cramp coming on… STOP! Squeeze your anus no matter
how hard it is to do that when all you want to do is push past the cramping. Wipe, stand up and the cramp
will settle very quickly. Then resume your seat.

Being blunt, the tail end of the evacuation will be muddy, smelly and if you have done a good job,
punctuated by any small pocket of gas that was hiding high up in your colon. As the water flows out the
gas always rises to the top, so it is the last bit to come out.

Now you are going to be at the 20 min mark.

Step 5 – Clean out
There are two ways to go from here. After Step 4 your colon will be empty but there will be traces of stuff
throughout its length. You have about 10 mins left to either focus on making the rectum really clean for
your play time, which is still hours away, or you can repeat Step 4 and give your whole colon another
flush to reduce the amount of residue in there which means (to be squeaky clean during play later in the
evening) you will need to give you rectum a quick flush with a small amount of warm water just before
play, or at least when you get to your playmate.

If this is absolutely your last opportunity to get to the toilet or clean yourself in any way, then you have to
work your way backwards from the Sigmoid colon down. I can suggest different volumes of water but it
is an individual thing. With experience you will get to know your capacity for each section of your colon.
Unfortunately, that come with trial and error. To fill your rectum, Sigmoid and at least the lower part of
the descending colon is going to take about 1 pint. Maybe 500 ml or you might take up to 800 ml. What is
most important is not to start filling up the Transverse colon again. Take the warm water slowly but as
soon as you are ready sit and expel. Use the upright positioning and release, don’t push. Sit for a minute
to make sure it has drained out.

Now go back to smaller volumes. This is where a large enema bulb syringe comes in handy again. You
just want to repeatedly squirt about 250 lm of warm water into your rectum and release it. Sit for a minute
to make sure it has drained. Keep doing that till the expelled water comes out clear.

Another method of just flushing your rectum that would be faster depends greatly on circumstances and if
you have a long nozzle on your enema bag. You can try filling your bag with warm water, judge when
you have allowed about 250 ml of water to flow in and then without removing the nozzle start expelling.
Literally flush your rectum by letting the water flow out your ass while it is flowing in through the nozzle.
It is just an additional idea. Usually people do this type of thing in the shower or even with a Shower Shot
enema attachment.
Finally
Your colon is very good at extracting water but it doesn’t do it “mindlessly”. As good as you colon is at
recovering water its job is to keep a good balance. When it fails to keep the balance you get constipated or
diarrhea. Fill your colon with water, just once, it will trigger a compensatory response from your colon
that will last hours (if not days). As long as there are no pockets of water you left in your colon, your
colon will suck itself dry. If you can get you finger in your ass without lube you will find that it is very
tacky inside. Another good reason why lube is necessary and a lot of it. Any residue that was left higher
up in the colon will be immobilized by the dry, tacky conditions. Even hours after you enema program
you will be good for hours of play. Even depth play.

Garden hose enema

Posted on 2 Nov, 2014 by Max Private
Can you use a garden hose and is it possible to over fill yourself?

These are questions that arise again and again, most recently yesterday on FetLife. These question
inevitably solicit all kinds of negative response from neigh-sayers that clearly have no personal
experience and show a total lack of understand about the human body and biological functions. Can you
use a garden hose? – “Yes!” is the simple answer. Is it without risks? – “No!” is the short answer. Neigh-
sayers make unqualified statements like;
 It is not safe to use tap water pressure.
 Using home water pressure is never a good idea.
 The colon has no filters to detoxify like the stomach does.
 Anything toxic you put IN THERE goes immediately to the blood.
 Hoses are a bad idea – Rough edges, etc, etc, etc.
To all the claims about how bacteria and toxins, bad germs, no filter in the colon, etc, etc.. lets start with
this: Man vs. Wild – Fetid water enema. Of course, Bear didn’t come up with this idea all on his
lonesome. The first publicized survival story of the Family Robinson using contaminated water as
a Murphy Drip is from 1978 – Shipwrecked for 38 days.

It is common medical knowledge that when liquid is introduced into the colon, its membrane allows the
water to pass through it into the bloodstream. But here is the point to note: The lining of the colon is a
membrane. That is a biological/medical/chemistry form of FILTER.

The wall of the colon is in fact a very effective and complex FILTER. The colon also has mechanisms to
override the effects of osmosis which is why it can extract critical trace elements and salts from its
contents while blocking toxins. If tap water was so toxic so as to be dangerous to put it up your ass the
water supply would be condemned and shut off. If you can drink it you can put it up your ass.

Now to the question of water pressure. Statements like: “It is not safe to use tap water pressure…
“ and “… never a good idea” are outrageous overstatements. That is not to say there are no concerns.
You can hurt yourself if you act like a fool. However, there are number of aspects about your anus and
rectum that makes it very difficult to “over fill” yourself and the water pressure from the average
household tap is not going to blast a hole in the sidewall of your rectum.

Shower enema kit

The Shower shot (pictured here) is a standard piece of kit for many enema enthusiasts, along with any
number of home brew, high colonic rigs. Shower shots are sold by the thousands if not 10’s or 100’s of
thousands in drug stores, pharmacies and virtually any adult store. They are supplied with the same
standard disclaimers and warning as any other “Adult toy”. They do not come with any specific warning
about the tap water pressure or anything similar.

I have not found any consumer protection authority that singled out these products in any way. The only
case of death by garden hose enema that I do know of involved two young boys who thought it would be
fun to keep squirting water up a pig’s ass to see if they could get water to come out of the pigs mouth.
They did not manage to get the water to come out the pigs mouth but they did manage to kill the pig. All
the other stories I have heard to date remain hearsay with no corroborating authoritative reports. In fact,
the only references to any cases of enema causing perforation of the bowel are the result of underlying
medical conditions and occurred in Hospital administered enemas.

When compared to the dangers of playing with knives and needles, as others do in the various BDSM,
Kink and RACK activities, the edges on a garden hose are pretty innocuous. People stick things up there
ass like Matchbox cars, bicycle handles, hair brushes, shampoo bottles (and not just the rounded ones) all
the time, with no ill effects. If it hurts, then stop. You wouldn’t stab yourself in the ass with a knife and it
is a lot harder and more painful to do it with a bit of plastic or rubberised hose.

I am not saying that enema’s from garden hoses (nor any other type of enema) is risk free. The sage
advice is “Listen to your body” and take it slowly till you have an idea of what your body can take.

There are record cases of people who have over filled their colon (as rare as they are) and an enema
being forced into the small intestine. In order to achieve this a retention nozzle was required so that the
enema simply cannot come out the anus as the pressure built up. Before there is enough pressure to force
an emena into the small intestine there is immense cramping and a painful sense of fullness. If all this can
be ignored and the enema does enter the small intestine the recorded results are extreme nausea and
vomiting. You would then have to ignore all of this for it to become life threatening.

It is simply not easy to overfill with an enema of any sort.

I have published a couple of articles on enemas starting with Issues with Enemas – Good and Bad but

Anal training

How do you do anal training? Small plugs to warm up? A finger?
Special lube? What do you like to use to anal train?

MaxPrivate:

Dick Rambone

Anal Training and warm-up

First up let me specifically differentiate between training and warm-up. You can be a total anal slut with
years if training, capable of taking Dick Rambone balls deep, or bigger, and still need to warm-up before
a play session. The warm-up for big or extreme anal is basically the same as the process of anal training
but it just takes a few minutes, maybe half an hour, to prepare for serious anal – once you have trained
sufficiently to deal with the anal session to come.
Anal training starts with Lube
In order to start anal training you have to get something inside you ass, anything. While it is not essential,
lube make the job of getting anything in your ass much easier. Lots of things are suitable for lubricating
the entrance, hair conditioner, hand cream, baby oil, etc., but soap definitely is not. NO SOAP! For a lot
more information on Anal Lube read;- What is a Good Anal Lube?
Anal training with fingers

Back to the question of Training. Fingers are always a good place to start. Your own fingers are best. It is
not just your muscles that need exercising and/or stretching, which is one part of training, your inner anal
sphincter (IAS) and the nervous system that controls it, also need training. The nervous system is a big
issue because the nerves that control your IAS are not connected directly to your brain. The nerves are
part of the Autonomic nervous system. Your brain does not Feelwhat is going on in your ass and it cannot
directly open the anus.
The autonomic nervous system (ANS), also known as the visceral nervous system and involuntary
nervous system, … is a control system that acts largely unconsciously and regulates the heart
rate, digestion, … and sexual arousal. This system is the primary mechanism in control of the fight-or-
flight response and its role is mediated by two different components. – Wikipedia
So using your own finger(s) gives direct feedback to your conscious mind. Your fingers are also highly
sensitive to touch and this reduces your focus on the sensations from your anus. It allows you to poke
around and stretch things without hurting yourself. This make the idea of being penetrated far less
ominous and doing it starts to reprograms your anus and rectum to be accepting of being poked and
stretched. While you have your finger(s) in your ass you want to feel around the wall of you rectum and
hook you finger(s) over the top of your anus.
Anal training with butt plugs

Classic Butt Plug

As a training tool plugs are good in a couple of respects. They familiarize your rectum with having a
foreign body in it without it being poo and helping your rectum to differentiate between a need to poo and
just being stuffed. They also train your anus to accept the feeling of something foreign moving around in
it and propping it open (to varying extents). But a plug you can wear for a long time usually has a longer,
slender stem and that doesn’t really hold your anus open to any extent, unless you use a harness to hold in
with a shorter and/or fatter stem. A slender stem will “tease” your anus relentlessly but does not help you
anus get used to the feeling of really being fully held/stretched open. Because the sensations of a full
rectum will trigger the nervous system to open the IAS, people often have trouble holding the things in
just using their anus muscles. You quickly realise that the part of the sphincter you can control
consciously is not as good at holding things in. This is also why it can be so hard to get past the initial
penetration of anal sex. But once the head of the cock is inside the recturm the anus automatically relaxes.
Anal training with dildos and vibrators

Classic Chrome Vibe

Plugs do not help you prepared for the thrusting. The in and the out of it. Nor are most any good for
training the upper part of the recturm to be comfortable being interfered with. The majority of plugs are
between 3 and 5 inches insertable and the average rectum is 6 inches. Even at their longest they are still
not intended for thrusting in and out. You want to start with a very smooth dildo or vibrator. Vibrators
have the added advantage of helping to loosen tight muscles. After a while you can progress to something
that is textured.Certainly the more you wear a plug or play with your ass (without bruising and tearing
something) the faster you will train your ass to cope with being fucked. To really train your ass you
always want a toy on hand that is just a little bit bigger than you are comfortable with. Play with that for a
while (a few minutes) and then give it a rest. Push your boundaries a little every time, but don’t hurt
yourself. Then go back to “wearing” something a little more comfortable. You will know when you can
move up in size because you will start feeling comfortable with the larger toy(s). For more detailed
information I suggest reading Learning to enjoy anal sex and Anal Sex Training by Yourself.

Effects of Playing with Butt Plugs

Effects of Playing with Butt Plugs
A question from FetLife
This question was sent to me on FetLIfe out of frustration. The weary web surfer couldn’t find a straight
answer to their questions about playing with butt plugs and any post was overrun by neigh sayers and fear
mongers. I feel this is information that the broader community would be interested in so I have posted the
question and my answer here.

The question about playing with butt plugs

Sachsen, Germany
written 14 days ago:

Dear Max,

I’m writing to you as you are the owner of the group Anal 101. To me it seems like you cover a lot of
topics in that group. Maybe you can Please help me with my question …

In Germany we got an online platform called joyclub.de. We talk a lot there, but there is always so much
fear involved. If it comes to wearing butt plugs for an extended time, immediately there are those people
who shout out loud that you will get incontinent from just playing with plugs.

My question: Do you know of a group here in fetlife or maybe even a topic in the group Anal 101 which
covers that fear? A group which discusses the effects of playing with plugs (more often than an average
person would do)?

I am hoping to find a group which is not just filled with those who scream first but got no real story to
tell. Most of the people just say that it is potentially harmful but don’t give any source for their opinion.

Thank you =) for your time, [annon]

Hi [annon],

I am sad to say there is no group on FetLife, or anywhere else, I have found that is not filled with people
going on and on about matters they have no knowledge of. More often than not you find people full of
their own self-righteousness, pushing their own form of morality, politics or religion (or lack there of) and
others who are just completely self absorbed with their own self importance with no regard for how it
may effects others.

The other problem is that internet communities are nothing much more then a talk fests (blogs) anyway
and there are so many that feel the need to make their presence felt by filling the internet with random,
unchecked commentary. Furthermore, the webmasters or hosts of most networking sites do not concern
themselves with capturing or maintaining valuable information, let alone filtering out the rubbish. It is not
within their purview.

These are the reasons that prompted me to spend the time setting up Anal 101. I quickly realised I had a
problems with relying on the Hosts of FetLife to protect the information I was collecting. That resulted in
me setting up MaxPrivate.net.

Investigating the effects of playing with butt plugs

Let me see if I can address your underlying question directly. I have found a couple of small studies on
the long term consequences of Anal Sex which have all concluded the same;
e.g. “There were no IAS or EAS defects, as well as no fecal incontinence, in our subjects.” – Department
of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pennsylvania, USA
The Pittsburgh study is very small, so it is fair to say that it has limited clinical/scientific value, when
considered in isolation. But even a study that only included 14 anoreceptive people does tell us that daily
anal sex does not result in any guarantied negative consequences.

If there were guaranteed consequences from long term anoreceptive behavior, then it would be impossible
for this study to find nil consequences in all 14 subjects. If the chases of anal sex causing problems was as
high as 50:50 then the odds of this study drawing a complete blank is less than 1 in 10,000. If there is a
20% chance that regular anal sex had any negative impact on the asshole the chances that the Pittsburgh
study would fail to detect this is less than a 1 in 20 or in lay terms, very unlikely still.

So assuming that anal sex can cause any damage to the arsehole we can conclude that the odds of any
negative impact must be less than 1 in 5.

However, these studies do not exist in isolation. Add to this study what we know about the behavior of
many thousands of people (which we can call case studies) that show no long term ill effects of constantly
wearing butt plugs for extended periods of time. Then add to this our knowledge of human biology and
anatomy which gave us kegel exercises. Many of these exercises involve inserting weighted rods and
balls into either the vagina or anus to reverse or prevent muscular atrophy and loss of muscle control. i.e.
they help the ares not hurt it.

Add to all this, no butt plug manufacturer has ever been sued over the use or design of their products.
They have never been force to add anything other than general health warnings to their marketing
material or packaging. Nor has there ever been any medical report or health warning in any reputable
forum on the negative consequences caused by wearing butt plugs or other insertables for extended
periods.

Conclusions of Playing with butt plugs

Combining all of the knowledge we have;
 The small studies on anal sex showed absolutely no negative impacts from the practice
 there have been no substantiated, reputable reports that link the use of butt plugs with anal
issues
 you have thousands of people who have reported no problems with their personal experience
 in the past three years I have only see one person claim to have personally had a negative
consequence and they could not rule out that it was cause by other factors/behavior
 All the other negative feed back is only hearsay (third person commentary on what they heard
or believed that someone else said or did).
I would not go so far as to say you cannot damage your asshole playing with butt plugs, it would just be
an extraordinary case. It would involve ignoring a lot of pain that which would be serving as a warning of
things going wrong.

So the answer to your question about finding a group is no, but I hope this helps. However, if you want to
canvas people by posting something in Anal 101 I will support that and if you would like to join
MaxPrivate.net and invite others to do the same I could probably establish a special interest group or
discussion [here] as well.

Play safe.

Perfectly Easy Anal Sex – A success story

Easy Anal Sex
Perfectly Easy Anal Sex – Prologue by MaxPrivate
“Perfectly easy anal sex” is a success story from one of my followers on FetLife. The story actually
started as a post entitled “So I really wanted to try anal” about 8 months ago before she came to me
asking for help.
” I have gotten ok with the insertion and toys being in there…but the fucking motion…i don’t like it. It
causes me pain. Currently I have called an all stop to anal until I figure it out.”
Based on a lot more detailed information she shared I directed her to a number of the articles that I have
now published here and gave her a couple of specific pointers. 3 months later she wrote back to me;
“I wanted to say thank you for your help and support and advice.
So yesterday afternoon kinda out of the blue, didn’t really plan to, we just kinda went for it…. I had anal
for the first time and it was awesome. We didn’t do any prep stretching or anything but because of what
I’d been doing on my own it didn’t hurt at all….and he is not even a small guy…lol. and I had the most
amazing orgasm from it….lol
Can’t wait to try it again! Yay!
Thank you again. :)”
So pleased with her success she wrote this account of her experience which she was happy for me to
republish for others, especially those who might find a site like FetLife a bit too confronting.

So I really wanted to try anal;

At the same time the idea of trying anal kinda squidged me out a bit ….for a couple of reasons.

One, well it’s anal and you hear all kinds of horror stories about how it hurts, and well there’s the poop
factor. Also for me I had gotten a little additionally freaked out because I had a bit of a bad experience
with a guy who, using just toys, had pushed me a little too far and had caused a good bit of pain and
discomfort, some from the stretching but mostly from the thrusting. So I had completely freaked out
about anal, and pretty much closed the doors back there for a while.

But I was not deterred. (If you’ve read my profile you know that I can be rather stubborn) I still wanted to
get to the point to try anal, why I honestly have no idea, but I did. Maybe I would hate it and never do it
again, maybe I’d love it and become an “anal whore.” Either way I wanted to at least try it and see which
way my ass went.

Anal 101. I read a bunch of people’s comments and questions and the good advice that people had posted
in response. Then being too embarrassed to post my own question on the group I instead messaged
someone who had been giving that good advice and told him what had happened and asked him some
questions about how I should move forward to –GASP- train myself…

He gave me some really good advice about making it about me, and what felt good to me, and stopping if
it didn’t feel good. Which all seem pretty logical, but when it comes to anal, I had gotten all sorts of
turned around so I needed that logical advice. He also gave me some pointers on how to go about the first
time when I was finally ready for anal.

So that’s what I did. When I masturbated I used butt plugs. Small at first and then slowly worked my way
to bigger. Sometimes I would just put them in there and them…ummm concentrate on other
things…sometimes I would use my “anal dildo” (it’s long, flexible, thin and has a handle) and move it in
and out to get used to the thrusting motion. It all depended on what felt good that day. It got to a point that
some days I craved the anal stimulation while I masturbated.

This lasted several months. And over that time I had several guys that I was talking to ask if I was into
anal, and I would tell them not yet. Initially I told a couple guys that I was working on it, and was training
myself for it. And OMG, the reactions I got from that…
“That’s weird.”
“You can’t train yourself”
“It would work better if I trained you”
So I stopped telling guys that I was training myself and just told them I wasn’t up to anal yet.

The Plan:

So, when I did have anal for the first time I had a plan, based on my reading and the advice I had gotten.
 I was going to be in control…would probably be on top as the squatting position is the
supposed to be the easiest.
 Would use toys or fingers first to loosen things up a bit.
 Would do an enema before to get rid of that worry.
 Would use lots and lots of lube.
Yeh…so not a single one of those happened…lol

Here is how it went.

I was meeting a newish fwb for a little afternoon delight. As I was getting ready to drive over I decided to
be a little daring and take my vibrating butt plug, so maybe if he was willing he could fuck me with it in
my ass, which I’ve been wanting to try.

So I arrive and we starting kissing and clothes are removed, not that he was wearing much when I got
there, just black boxer briefs, my favorite. I tell him about the toys I brought and he seems perfectly
willing, so I think YAY!

He pushes me down on the bed and crawls on top of me, pinching and nibbling on my breasts. Then he
slides down between my legs and drives me crazy with his mouth and hands for a while, until I came.

He stood up and moved to the side of the bed, and I nearly attacked his cock with my mouth. I was on my
hands and knees on the bed in front of him sucking and licking and them I felt the vibrator moving along
the seam of my ass. He pushed it in slightly, but for whatever reason, my position, the angle; it wouldn’t
go in so he set it aside.

I was a little disappointed, but I figured, oh well, no big deal.

I pulled my mouth back to the tip of his cock and looked up at him and he asked if I wanted his cock
inside me, and I said yes. He tossed me back on the bed again, crawled between my legs and impaled
himself in my wet pussy. It felt great. He fucked me deep and hard, and then slow and shallow and the
fast and then deep again. He was driving me crazy.

Then still kneeling between my legs he pulled out and rubbed his cock on my asshole. I met his eyes and
he raises his eyebrow at me and asks me if I want more.

At that moment, I wasn’t scared or worried or anything. And I trusted him. I knew he would stop if I
didn’t like it and not be mad or upset about it. That he really did care about my pleasure. And at that
moment All I wanted was for him to put his cock in my ass. So I followed my instincts and I said yes.

He pushed his cock in real slow, just to the point where it would stretch and should hurt, but it didn’t, not
even slightly, it felt amazing.

He stopped and looked at me again and asked if I wanted more, and I am pretty sure my yes was in the
form of a moan that time. So he slowly slid his cock all the way in, and still no pain, just this wonderful
feeling.

Then he started to move and I felt the orgasm coming almost immediately.

He asked me if he could come in my ass and I said yes, partly because I didn’t care if he did and partly
because I was so not letting him pull out until I had cum. And then I did, at the same time that he did
incidentally, and O.M.G….. it was the most amazing orgasm I have ever had!!

So that’s my story.
So I am pretty sure the reason it went so well is because I trusted him and I had become comfortable with
my own ass and its pleasure.

I think if I had followed my original plan it would have gone ok, but I think I would have been too
focused on it and nervous about it, and I don’t think I would have had the earth shattering orgasm I had,
so I am glad I followed my instincts and went for it, and that my self training made me ready for it.
