OBC Certificate

Certificate-USER MANUAL- TAHASILDHAR END

OBC Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the MeeSeva centers. This request can be
accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps and screens are provided below.
Procedure for Processing:

♦ Select “OBC Certificate” from Processing, like shown in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the “OBC Certificate” in Application Processing, the below screen will be displayed.
Note: - Tahasildhar Can also Process the application through Dash Board by Click on the service count.
♦ From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar controls .Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

♦ Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc...)

Note: - Here Edit Options are given to the Applicant Name, Father Name, Caste Details field and Permanent
Address in the Tahasildhar Login.

♦ Here, Tahasildhar downloads allll the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links.

♦ After that, Tahasildhar downloads V
Verification/Proceeding documents by clicking on check list link. Like shown in
the below screen.
Note: - After downloading allll Verification/Proceeding documents, MRI & VRO collect documents from the Tahasildhar
for field level enquiry.

After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted

ubmitted their report to the Tahasildhar.

Note: if the Request is not belongs to this Mandal, then Tahasildhar Have an option to transfer request to respective
Mandal by selecting the Transfer Request to other Mandal radio button and he can select the respective mandal,
village name, enter the remarks and clicking on Transfer Button. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ If the Request related to this Mandal, Then Tahasildhar uploads the Check List which is received from MRI &
VRO. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ If the Applicant belongs to creamy layer Tahasildhar check the option given in the Verified and Proceeding
Documents section.
♦ If Applicant not native of the above Address then check the check box. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ Now Tahasildhar can take
ake action ((either Accept/Reject) based on MRI & VRO Report. Like shown in the below
screen.

Note: - If Tahasildhar Check the check box, Certificate generated as Applicant belongs to creamy layer. Otherwise
Certificate Shows Not belongs to creamy layer

♦ If Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by checking the “Accept” Radio button.

♦ After selecting the Radio button (“Accept”)

♦ After clicking on “Sign” button, digital certificate pop is generated. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ Now select the digital certificate and click on ““OK” Button, Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK”” button, private exchange key popup will generate. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now clicking on “OK” button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button “OBC

OBC certificate” is generated. Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here Certificate Generated based on Citizen Requests either Sate Government/Central Government.
Note: - Now the Request is in Approved sstatus.

Note: - After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like you

your Request is Approved/
Rejected.

♦ Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, then OBC Certificate will be dispatched through courier to the
citizen’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.

♦ If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the OBC Certificate from franchisee where he/she applied for the
Certificate
