I. Field / Construction Issues 
1  Doing re‐layout of the archive building  Ongoing status: need to  PT. Utomo Ladju 
to be functioned as temporary office  installed AC and ceramics   
for IOM, Consultant, Contractor  layer for pantry 
started on 26/02/2013 
2  Installing the temporary fence and  ‐ Change position of the  PT. Utomo Ladju 
retaining wall started on 26/02/13.  temporary fence door to

‐ The temporary fence will 
be painted line on the 5th

3  Steel reinforcement, sand, gravel,  ‐ Contractor shall submit the  PT. Utomo Ladju

2  Contractor must  prepare and submit  Ongoing status  PT. Utomo Ladju 
Monthly Report for compiling one       
month activities
