For people who are simply reading the teleprompter, let me tell you
why my story is important to you. I am the lawyer for the wealth of
the world that was deposited at the World Bank at the end of WWII.
The Banking Cartel, which has hacked into my PC, deleted this point so I will make it as
clear as I can now. When José Rizal and his lawyer Ferdinand
Marcos deposited the wealth of the world and created the World
Bank and IMF, they kept it secret that this is what they were doing
in order to make sure that the crooks, the villain of our story, that is
the Banking Cartel and the Black Nobility that has been mistreating
most of us since 9200 BC, would lose any claim to the world's
wealth. As I explained in the first segment that we shot today, we
are going to find out in great detail what has happened, and we are
going to prevent the villains of our story from from doing this
anymore. But the Black Nobility has to be under an amnesty that
protects everyone on Earth in order for us to survive and not to go extinct.

I am going to break one of the storytelling rules by ending the story that I am telling
today right in the middle. One milestone that I am working on is my admittance to the
World Bank. I had a long talk with the World Bank's Human Resources Department on
December 10th reference 31477429 . I have a meeting scheduled on December 13 th At
the end of the teleprompter I will tell give you a copy of my previous correspondence
with HR, and in a little while I will tell you about my conversation

Bank are required to respond to my request for admission and to restore my security
badge. The Banking Cartel does not run the World Bank and IMF; they do not
administer the world's wealth either.

The Supreme Court of the US is trying to bamboozle everyone; I went to the World

The issue is the Banking Cartel's security guards are still refusing to admit me to the
World Bank's offices. Ousmane Diagana, the Vice President for Human Resources, who
is not following the World Bank's Articles, has already had his employment at the World
Bank terminated. Do all the staff at headquarters need to be discharged until they
follow the directives of the Board of Executive Directors and Board of Governors?

 The best way to understand my story is to realize that I have been working on a puzzle,
along with other whistleblowers and people who are part of our coalition. Our coalition
includes the world's military powers As I explained in the earlier segments, I call our
coalition the critical mass and the coalition for the rule of law. We are talking about
common law, not the Bankers' law, which is Maritime Law or Admiralty Law.

The people who knew what the puzzle should look like, the Villain, are doing their best
to keep us from finishing the puzzle.

I have given you proof that I was reinstated at the World Bank by Svein Aas and the
Alternate Executive Director for Rusia, Eugene Miagkov back in 2009. It took me
awhile to realize that the world corruption was very deep. I kept trying to work with US
Congress and the other whistleblowers at the World Bank. I learned about the World
Bank's true purpose and gold in 2013 from Wolfgang Struck That was when a banker,
Raymond Bennell, working with a mysterious outfit called the International Funding
Group, told me that he had the right to represent the people in the Philippines:

I complained to Senator Mikulski who was on the Senate Committee on intelligence about Scott
Lennon, and asked whether the CIA had anything to do with these goings on

Then there was Hendo Henderson. The less said about that crook the better. I understand a
number of people have been scammed by old Hendo

Then there was a Taiwan company named YCT Corporation. Mr. Yeh Cheng Tsai President,
of YCT Development Corporation invited me to come to Taiwan to negotiate negotiate an
agreement with the Governor of the Central Bank of Taiwan. I told YCT I would not give
Taiwan a blank check.

I wrote to the Governor of the Central Bank of Taiwan:

These matters affect each and every nation. The Network of Global Corporate
Control is violating the Articles of Agreement of the World Bank and International

Directors; the Boards have full authority to conduct the general operations of the

Then there was Wolfgang Struck, who tried to sell off the 2 quadrillion in bonds that are in the
Global Debt Facility That was when I gave Wolfgang Struck his marching papers.

Then there was Bengt Carlsson. When Bengt tried to break my contact with the military in the
United States, that was when I stopped writing to Bengt.

I just wanted to remind you that Bengt Carlsson ( I also called him "Björn") used to
give me alot of very useful information, until he started teaming up with Wolfgang
Struck. That is when I knew that Bengt/Björn was also controlled opposition, and that
Bengt/Björn was not to be trusted. Sure enough, Bengt/Björn started trying to break
my connection with the US military forces. Then I realized I had to hope that there
was a critical mass of people who knew the truth. Yes, around the same time I outed
Bengt/Björn, we reached critical mass.

OUTTRO

This means that we, humanity, are now in a reality where we control the world's
wealth. There is nothing that the Banking Cartel can do to regain the world's wealth.
The real challenge now is for those of us who know what reality is to keep the people
who are still duped by the Banking Cartel from destabilizing things.

Your Excellencies,

The intent of this letter is to provide a written expression of our mutual interest in Marcos'
immortal legacy for equal share in the benefits of peace, progress and prosperity by removing
after maturity under the International Banking Law of Bailment, gold AU in the Global Debt
Facility - TVM-LSM-666 - to free the Republic of China, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia,
Philippines, Indonesia, and the rest of the world from usury and to control and contain the crisis
at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. This letter also outlines some of the terms and
conditions as well as the exchange of information and documents that should take place in
advance of the Monetary Agreement.

1 Outstanding discussion points:

 the proposed draft Monetary Agreement which was forwarded to the Tokyo embassies
 the historic price of gold
 advance administrative costs approved by the Board of Executive Directors on June 22,
2014
 my admittance to World Bank and IMF headquarters and country offices
 differentiating and disposing of excess, speculative foreign currencies
 audit of gold in the Global Debt Facility and claims of possible thefts
 winding down the network of global corporate control and bankruptcy of the banks
operating under various jurisdictions
 transition arrangements; local currencies
 bailment laws

2. All three parties above shall meet to discuss and deliberate based on the contents of this Letter
of Intent. All three parties must arrive at a common understanding for implementation of matters
resolved, including but not limited to the agreed proposed terms & conditions that will culminate
into the eventual acceptance of the proposed Monetary Agreement (as rectified).
3. Either the first or second party above shall issue a Letter of Invitation to Rev. Dr. Floro E.
Garcia and me to be present in the Office of the first party for finalization and signing of
the Monetary Agreement.

The modus operandi to be agreed may be adopted by other countries for implementation in
sequence or concurrently in no particular order of preference.

and cannot enter the building unless you inform the Security Guards that I am to be admitted for our
meeting.
In the event that the World Bank's Security Guards refuse to admit me, I will call 202 473-2222 to inform
you that I have not been admitted. In that event, I would appreciate if we can arrange to meet outside the
World Bank's G building, perhaps at Bread Line or another place that you would prefer.

I found out that Justus actually works for one of the World Bank's country offices. My meeting was to
be with another member of the World Bank's Human Resources Department. Today I asked the World
Bank's Human Resources Department to admit me. The Desk Officer said that someone in Human
Resources named Nick had asked the Bank's ID office to issue me a badge. The security guards work for
Allied Barton. This company is owned ultimately by the Global Debt Facility.

The desk officer asked me to call the people at the security desk. I said that it was the responsibility of
the Bank to admit me and give me a valid security badge. Our conversation has reference number
31311214 My admission to the World Bank Group with a valid ID is now with Phillip Beauregard and
with Lisa Cespides. -- During my conversation with the World Bank, I found out that "Nick" in human
resources told the ID office to issue me a badge, and they did not.

The people I spoke to did their best to respond. It is not acceptable for either Philip Beauregard
or Lisa Cespides to prevent me from entering the World Bank. This issue is not going away

I have every right to talk for the People of the Philippine Islands as at refers to their
Global Assets for at least about 30 million at present and growing daily (that also is the
number set by President Marcos to access the Global Assets and the Accounts.
If you do not want to disclose what rights you may have I can only assume that you
want to support the cry for something like Bretton Woods to be placed into force again
after Nixon abandoned Bretton Woods in 1971 and possibly since the
Global Financial Crisis of 2008 following the loss of the Global Assets belonging to the
People of the Philippine Islands came into force.
Your 188 Governors have no right to participate in those assets unless an Agreement is
reached with the People of the Philippine Islands with all the right documentation in
hand to prove ownership. The People of the Philippine Islands who invited me to assist,
have that documentation. Further the International Court of Justice has ruled 14th
September 2006 that no other nations or Country can assert their right of the Global
Assets and are forever considered Null and Void as attached. I know Wolfgang has had
this copy previously from me but didn’t want to consider as it was “Snow Pecked”.
It seems if you are putting your hand up for the 188 Nations and want to pursue that
course further, it may be necessary to go again to the International Court of Justice with
the People of the Philippine Islands Lawyers so you can get it clear in your mind that
you have no rights to the Global Accounts.
Please provide your intentions and the list of Governors and their alleged intent or rights
by return.
