Professional Development Plan

(What do YOU need to work on in order to grow professionally?)

According to my way of thinking the teacher need to have a special value which is commitment
because with that value she will able to give her work time and attention. Also, confidence is very
essential because that will help the teacher to achieve the learning objectives.
1. Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal): Planning for
learning.

How to make a professional plan.


2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used): I will use many different strategies in
my plan. Ask my MST how can improve that. Having special cards in my hand to remember the questions
during reading.

I researched in many different websites to gain the concept of the lesson. I ask my MCT and
my colleagues about the activities if they will match students understanding or not.
3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal: According to student’s interactions and from the
valuation part.

That will be measured when students are doing the activities and that last part of the lesson
plan will tell us if students achieved the learning objective or not.

Human life processes.

A brief description of my Lesson in my own words:

That human has three basic processes which are growth, reproduction and movement. First, growth which
is human born in small size and they grow to become adults. Second, reproduction which is making more
living things from the same type (Human life cycle). Third, movement its anything alive it moves by itself
without being pushed or pulled.

The problem that students are trying to solve or investigate (in my own words):

Students are trying to know the special human life processes. They are responsible to know the meaning of
each processes and what happen in each one.

The outcome or product of the students’ investigation (i.e. what will the students be expected to
produce at the end of their investigation)
