Note for B. E.

2nd Semester Students

Registration window will be opened again for those B.E. 2nd Semester Students who are already
upgraded (after SPOT Round) or will get upgraded within this month to some other branch.
In view of this, all B.E. students (moving to 2nd Semester) need to register right now as per their
branch in which they have studied in their first semester.

Note for B. E. 6th Semester Students

System is allowing you to register for courses leading to maximum allowable credits as per the
Scheme of Courses (CBCS) which was given to you at the time of your admission.
However, at the time of automatic allotment by system, if you are not allotted any course which you
have submitted during ONLINE REGISTRATION process due to your performance in the latest
available result, you may choose any of the available course during ADD/DROP step.

MESS FEE
From the coming EVEN semester, all hostel residents are required to pay their Mess Dues on the
State Bank Collect portal available at following link:
https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=649953

The last date for Mess Fee will be notified by appropriate authority through a proper office order.
Mess Fee Amount for EVEN semester is Rs. 13,000/-. You need to pay Mess Fee before submission
of ONLINE Registration for coming semester. For any query, please contact respective Hostel
Wardens.

Re Registration of BACKLOG Courses

1. A Google FORM has been shared with 6th Semester students. You are required to fill the
courses of 2nd & 4th Semester that you want to reregister in coming even semester.
2. Write an application for the above (addressed to Dean Academics). Make a statement that
the courses that you are reregistering is not clashing with your 6th semester courses. Attach
Timetable copy of 6th Semester and 2nd or/and 4th Semester to support your claim. Get it
verified from Sh. Lambodar Mishra from Exam Control Room. He will specify the relevant
amount of Reregistration fee applicable to be paid.
3. Do Reregistration ONLINE, pay the relevant amount of fee online and submit your
ONLINE Generated Reregistration FORM to Exam Control Room.
4. Reregistration will start as soon as we get information from students and clarification about
applicable fee from university authorities because Fee Amount has been modified from last
semester.

Date of Online Registration for 2nd, 4th, 6th Semesters is extended upto
14th Dec 2018. All students must register by this date.
