• Bootcamp dilakukan selama 3 Bulan dengan model pembelajaran 1
minggu materi,1 minggu bikin aplikasi

• Penilaian dilakukan setiap 2 minggu dan peserta akan dievaluasi

dengan ada opsi tidak lulus training

• Setelah lulus Training ada ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun yang berlaku
setelah peserta ditempatkan di proyek lawencon

• Setelah lulus training akan ada waktu tunggu dengan maksimal 3

bulan bagi karyawan untuk bisa lolos penempatan projek di lawencon

Biaya Hidup @3.500.000/bulan + 600,000 ~1,000,000 (based on grade)

• Mendapatkan insentif proyek 500,000 ~ 1,000,000 saat ditempatkan ke

klien (based on penilaian klien)

• Ada review per quartal untuk penentuan bonus kinerja

• Karyawan berhak mendapatkan kenaikan tahunan dari 20% ~ 100%

dari gaji pokok sesuai dengan penilaian kinerja karyawan
