This part of our business plan, it includes the overview of our business named Bite

Me! It explains the type of company ownership we have that are shared and owned by three

persons, the start -up plan of our business, location, and facilities of our business or company.

1.1 Company Ownership

Bite Me! Preferred the partnership ownership since it is owned by three individual

persons. A partnership is simply a business owned by two or more people that haven’t filed

papers to become a corporation. Bite Me! Will be establishing in the year 2025 by Clobelle

Siachua, Daryl Fructuoso, and Reigner Dilao and over the years our company will be known

throughout the country. We will be featured in different famous magazines and our business is

recommended by the TripAdvisor or a number one app that takes people to food places as one

of the most visited food establishments in Catbalogan City or in other cities as well.

1.2 Start Up Plan

Bite me! Will be a food establishment where it showcases variety of foods which

features our delicious cuisines, Around the World series, sweet foods, baked goods and

refreshments. First of all, we will have served our best around the world finger foods in our mini

cart or caravan that will be located San Bartolome Street between Taby’s Place and Sophia’s

Bread and Pastries and because it is a moving caravan it will be located elsewhere or anywhere

in Catbalogan City if our business will be a success but it will be. The owners will hire employees

that are essential, action takers, they are focused not just for money so that the employees who

have a vision and a passion for what our company is doing, great employees too because great

employees are resourceful and great employees also understand the importance of being

resourceful, and most of all has a pleasing personality that will captivate the hearts of customers

and to prevent the intimidating aura. It will also offer a well- presented, prepared in a healthy

way and some delicious- tasty foods that can capture and captivate the eyes and as well the

stomach of the customers. This business is unique and appealing from the other restaurants or

food establishments because it is the only one which offers a twist of modernized, vintage, retro

style kind of food establishment. We will use or apply the word-of-mouth hiring instead of paying

a high3cost of tarpaulins, billboards, minimal television ads, and radio time. Word-of-mouth could

strike up conversations at busy intersections or offer incentives to current customers who tell

their friends, giving them a discount with each referral.

1.3 Company Locations and Facilities

Bite me! will be located at San Bartolome Street between Taby’s Place and

Sophia’s Bread and Pastries, it will be located across the St. Mary’s College of Catbalogan,

because there are also many people that are strolling around. The business partners decided to

put their business there because there are many students who are passing through that place

after their class.

The building itself will be build and customized according to the theme of business

which is classic and modernized fast-food-restaurant. In the beginning or let us say at the start

of our business the establishment can seat 5-10 customers. Bite me! Has secured the purchase

of the adjacent storefront for its expansion and with renovation. For the next 8 years, Bite Me!

Will be upgraded and from mini restaurant it will become a restaurant which can seat up to 20-

45 customers, and will have space for a family gathering and we are also setting up or their will

be another branch or food establishment titled Bite Me! Also depending on our theme, we might

add TV’s to the waiting area, give kids crayons and coloring books, or increase the amount of

seating. Always have copies of our special menu, so that they can start perusing or for example

nowadays business thrive because millennial is taking pictures and posting it, because they’re

being trendy and they like to be trendy too. The facilities include comfort room, hand wash stand

and a kitchen and after the upgrade, private room for family gathering and a room for those who

will play board games or an activity that will be given something like arts and crafts or even a

surprise food that they will tell their friends or families about the surprise that is given, while

waiting for their food or while eating which will make this business an excellence business,

Secret Café is one of the popular and most visited café in Catbalogan City and it

is located at Brgy. 6 in Ubanon. It is known by their heavenly and tasty treats like their shakes

and cute light bulb juice and mostly their burgers. While its weakness is that their location is very

far from the bungto and their place is tight, small and they lack space.

It is a place that sells burgers, fries and even lunch. It is located near Han’s

bakeshop and also located in Pieta Park near are school so students sometimes go there after

class to eat lunch or just grabbing a snack. Its weaknesses are that their space is very small and

can be easily flooded with people, basically they lack space too.

King Bean

King Bean is a café that is located a few blocks away from the school. They have

different expensive products and their place is very big and it is a four story building so they have

a place for parties and etc… but unfortunately, some of the customers are not happy with the

pricing because it is very expensive and not everyone can afford the menu they have listed.

2.3 Sourcing and Fulfilment

The business will provide service through knowledge, experience and inspiration

of cooks to create such food for customers. The Bite Me! Has negotiated supplier agreement

with food-service wholesalers and meat, vegetables and poultry products wholesalers in the

Catbalogan and Tacloban area that have the reputation for quality and reliability. In the event

that specialty suppliers cannot meet their needs, the national suppliers can both provide all of

the food-service products that they require.

The Bite Me! Would like to accompany like family gatherings, birthdays and

reunions. The business would soon be showcasing some products or snacks and will have

games, arts and crafts a bundle or an offer a make-your-own product or food for the customers

to open different branches in other places inside this country. Our business will provide a caravan

5.2 Management Team

Bite me company should be well managed by the administrator who takes the

responsibilities and duties and see the whole business perspective whereas the goals and

objective are included. The company’s manager and administrator will focus on long term plans

and design strategies to secure the stability of the business. The development of the services

rendered by the employees and will provide a teamwork that leads to their desired objectives.

They will assure that everyone are fulfilling their responsibilities.

The assistant manager will be working beside the manager whereas she will be in

charge if the manager will be absent. She is also responsible for making things in order and

making sure that everyone are doing their jobs.

The marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing

strategic marketing plans for an entire organization or lines of business and brands within an

organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. He is also in charge

of the marketing department and therefore are responsible for employees within their

department. They assign duties and set targets for departmental staff. It is also the function of

marketing managers to perform periodic performance evaluations of the staff working for them.

The kitchen-in-charge are responsible for overall operations for the back of house

and kitchen area of the restaurant.

The cashier is responsible for taking money in the form of cash, check, or credit

card from patrons in exchange for food services. Scans items, provides change, balances

drawer, and processes card transactions.
