Asset Integrity Management Program

• Independent verification of condition and functionality of Asset(s).

• Compilation and revision review of the existing documentation.
• Obtain visual and, as appropriate, physical or functional inspection data associated with the
equipment’ scope.
• Development of a Service Maintenance / Rehabilitation program.
Inspection • Provide information to the Engineering/Proposals office to determine if the equipment:
1. Is ready for immediate operational use
2. requires some minor maintenance
3. requires some major repairs that can be carried out at the clients site.
4. requires some major repairs that must be carried out at Proserv’s local workshop.
5. is beyond economic repair and requires replacement.

Description: Supply of HSSS & TIM panels- EF02/ Phase -2 (2012/13) & RTU/SCADA/Hydraulic Safety shutdown system replacement - Umm Sheilf &
Zakum Fields / Phase -1 (2009/10).
Provision of new equipment, installation and modification of existing systems (at site) to accommodate additional modules. Scope included
x2 HSSS & X15 Telemetry Interface Cabinets, Production Control Modules (Single & Duel string), Sea-line modules, etc.

CLIENT: SHELL – Majnoon (Iraq)

Description: Commissioning of competitor panels, which led to replacement of non-compliant components and subsequently turned
