Mission 100%
The Northeast District's Journey
to Completing Focus on Five
By Peggy Banks, Vice President of Special Projects

The Northeast District is excited to announce our Mission 100%

campaign! We currently have gained 100% of the Black and Red
Stripe district-wide! We believe that each chapter in the NED
can achieve this goal of obtaining the complete Flag for the
Focus on Five program. This campaign highlights all of our
national programs and allows your chapter to bond while serving
as well as the opportunity to be recognized on a national level.
Focus on Five essentially makes up who we are in Tau Beta
Sigma! With each stripe, we are growing and supporting music
while enhancing our local college communities around us,
educating people about amazing women in music, growing and
nurturing our youth through music, and even reaching back to
our elderly community through exciting music engaged actives.

The Northeast District Council believes that each chapter can

complete Focus on Five before the start of District convention on
March 15th, 2019. With adequate planning for each stripe this
goal can be achieved and conquered! Setting goals and planning
ahead of time allows your chapter to prepare for success. Is your
chapter ready to create history? Let’s complete Focus on Five
together one step at a time! Keep up the phenomenal work NED
and remember to always see an ideal, to seize upon it, and follow Zeta Upsilon participated in NED collab
it wherever it may lead you in Tau Beta Sigma!
