Deconstructing Nancy

Synopsis

Nancy Pelosi came to Congress in 1987 as an idealistic progressive, and lived the American
dream. She went from the Pride of Baltimore to become the Queen of Congress, as the first ever
woman elected as the Speaker of the House. In her Speakership acceptance speech, Pelosi said:
"The election of 2006 was a call to change — not merely to change the control of Congress, but
for a new direction for our country.”

Little did anyone know that the change she had in mind was to keep adding to her bank account.
When Nancy Pelosi came in to Congress, she and her husband had a net worth of about $3
million. Their biggest asset was a limousine service that her husband owned. Today, after 25 years
as a public “servant”, the Pelosi’s are now worth close to $75 million, with diverse holdings in the
stock market, real estate, and private partnerships.

Just as Peter Schweizer’s blockbuster book Throw Them All Out, exposes Congressional insider
trading and sheds light on how Mr. and Mrs. Pelosi were able to acquire their tremendous wealth,
Deconstructing Nancy will drill down to reveal the corruption, malfeasance, and profiteering that
characterizes Pelosi’s tenure in Congress.

The Deconstructing Nancy is not for the faint-of-heart, and will likely leave the audience looking
for pitchforks and torches, as they demand the real change that Pelosi hinted at in her Speakership
acceptance speech.

Outline

Deconstructing Nancy is a 20-25 minute documentary film. The focus of the film will be on how
Nancy Pelosi rose to power in the Democratic Party through her extraordinary ability to
raise money through Silicon Valley and the San Francisco-based financial services industry,
which ultimately became her benefactors of great wealth.

Prologue –"That's That"

Will show the now famous press conference where Steve Kroft from CBS’ 60 Minutes program
asks Nancy Pelosi to answer charges of corruption and insider trading of IPO stock, which landed
her a handsome payday. In the press conference, Pelosi stammers and obfuscates until she finally
blows Kroft off with a snide and dismissive 'there is nothing wrong here and That's That.’

05 July: Retail

06 August: Online DVD

Labor Day – 30 September: Special Screenings in Battleground States

1 October – 6 November, Election Day: Free Cable TV

05 July Premium VOD/PPV

This is the first national rollout of the film – we can put together Comcast, Time Warner, Dish
Network and Direct TV, as well as other smaller carriers, to reach over 80 million homes. The
film should have extensive viewing in this methodology, as it is becoming the premier way to
view feature documentaries in the marketplace. The run will be 90 days: 30 days at $9.99 and
sixty days at $4.99.

05 July: Retail DVD

We will release at Walmart, which will demand a 30 day exclusivity period. While they will allow
the 60 day discounted run to continue on VOD and PPV, they will not allow either theatrical or
online to step in to their window. If we feel this is more of an online title, we can skip the retail
phase, or go with other retailers, which won’t demand exclusivity, although Walmart comprises
70% of the retail DVD marketplace.

11 September: Online DVD
The online DVD will be tied directly to special screenings at both Democratic and Republican
National Conventions. These screenings are solely to raise our profile and drive traffic and sales
through additional earned media.

Labor Day – 30 September: Special Screenings in Battleground States
On Labor Day and continuing through the month of September, we will hold special screenings to
accommodate demand and ‘rally the troops.’

1 October – 6 November, Election Day: Free/Cable TV

National rollout on Free/Cable TV will generate maximum exposure for the film in the run up to
the vote.

Critical Path
Film will be delivered for a theatrical release on July 6, 2012.
