ERASMUS+ Banitsa

On New Year’s Eve the host of the family makes a traditional pastry dish, called
banitsa. We write little wishes for good luck on small pieces of paper, wrap
them in foil and put them in the banitsa before baking.

After midnight each member of the family takes a piece of banitsa and sees
what luck he/she is going to have all through the New Year.
