ADEC Learning Outcome: what do leave do?

Prior Knowledge: They know how plants make their own food, and what is photosynthesis.

Lesson Objectives: They will learn what function the leave plays during photosynthesis.
They will learn can identifiy different part of leave, can they say what each part does?.

Lesson Activities:

Introduction:(15 min) in the beginning of the lesson, T will review last lesson. Then, T will present a
diagram of parts of leaf. T will ask about each part in the leaf and the job of it, what is the process
is that, what does it need for the photosynthesis. Then, in their groups S should dicuss why
photosynthesis is important?, they will have plants on the groups and they have to discuss how they
are same and different?.

Middle: (20 min) each S will get a booklet about what do leave do, and how the photosynthsesis
happen. In their groups they have to discuss, and each S should write the answers in her booklet

End: in the end of class, T will choose one students from each group to talk about one part of the
leaf.

Evaluation / Assessment (5 min): T will go around the groups to chech the students work, T will
evaluate S when they will present their work.
