Criteria: Prepare for team meetings well in 3r/5

time, always respects the rules of timeliness
within the team, showing up for meetings on
time and submitting tasks before deadlines.
Comments:
I always do my best to attend at all
meetings. If I’m going to be later or can’t
attend I let the group know.

Observed Behaviours:

 For our first group meeting on the

leadership forum I couldn’t make it on
time. I contacted one of the group
members to let them know I had delay.
Impact:
 So far there were no issues that
occurred. I follow al the team
agreements.

Recommendations:
Keep this way of communicating up.

BARS 2: Input during meetings

Criteria:
Expresses ideas during meetings and
classes, values ideas of the other team
members and implements them while
group-thinking. Initiates communication
among the team.

Comments:
I’m not always as talkative, but when there is
something where I disagree with, I won’t
hesitate to tell so. I also try to give as much
input as possible, but it can always be more.

Observed Behaviours
 During the meetings I was open and
ready to give my opinion on others their
ideas. This includes positive as negative
feedback.
 During the meetings I could have give
some more input.

Impact:
I tried to give as much ideas as possible although
I wasn’t as active every time. But every time I
had an idea, I shared it with the group.

Recommendations:
Be a little more interactive during meeting,
because every time I have an idea it’s a good
one.

Criteria:
Participates in online communication
whether on chat or email, keeps other team
members informed about tasks, changes,
challenges or absence.

Comments:
I’m very easy to reach and communicate with. I
try to be as active as possible during group chats.
When I’m going to be absent, I always let the ret
of the team know.

Observed Behaviours:
 Not encountered unforeseen
communication troubles.
 When I’m not going to be available I
makes sure that most of the my work is
finished.

Impact:
I made sure that there were no misunderstandings.
I tried to be as clear as possible.
Recommendations:
Communication is very important in a team.
Always try to be as clear as possible.
