To whom it may concern,

My name is Jeremy Newart and I am a staff member at LCI High School. I am the head
coach of our boys rugby program, as well as an assistant coach with our football
program. I was introduced to Brendan last spring as he joined our rugby coaching staff
as a part time community coach. Later, he joined our coaching staff in the fall in the
same capacity. Currently Brendan has come back to coach with our rugby program
again and we are very fortunate to have him. Brendan has displayed many quality
characteristics as a team member, coach, and mentor to our students. Brendan comes
to every practice with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to any situation we
throw at him. He shows a strong work ethic and is always cognizant of the example he is
setting for the students. Brendan is constantly thinking of ways he can improve and
provide highest quality of experience with the time he has at practices. He has
displayed very high levels of professionalism at all times and sets an example for our
students that we are all very proud of. I am very fortunate to have him as a part of our
staff and I am confident he will continue to display these quality characteristics in the
future.
