Personal Teaching Philosophy

Reflection

"A teaching philosophy is an explanation of your values and beliefs as

they relate to teaching". (DOYLE, 2018) This is often a philosophy of the
methods taught in college and lessons learned professional experiences.
Put in your way how you put your thoughts about the education,
principles and standards that your business shows in the classroom. The
philosophy of personal teaching differs from the pedagogic theory.
(DOYLE, 2018)

"Your teaching philosophy is a self-reflective statement of your beliefs

about teaching and learning". Most of the teaching philosophy
statements consists of a page to four pages, covering three main areas
of objectives, methods, and evaluation. These ideas develop through
specific and concrete examples of what the teacher and learners will do
to achieve the goals. The philosophy of teaching also explains why you
choose these options. [2]
