 About JC-Hydualic

 Jiacheng was originally established in 1995

 The company covers an area of 160,000 m2 and the roof coverage
is 29,500 m2.

 Assembling

Step 1, Components Cleaning

All components are cleaned by cylinder

cleaner, piston cleaner and ultrasonic
cleaners and delivered to dust-free plant
for assembling after drying.

Step 3, Pressurizing Test

Test Standard：ISO 10100:2001《 Hydraulic fluid

power-cylinders -acceptance tests》
Testing Condition：Tests are conducted at specific oil
cylinder test table, lifting cylinder test stands, and lifting
simulator stands only.
Testing Methods：
1. Lower pressure test : Cycle the cylinder at a
minimum 5bar, three or more times to the end
positions.Pause at one of the end positions for a Pressurizing test table
minimum of 10 s. and the hydraulic cylinder has not the
vibration and crawl; Observe for fluid on seal on rod
seal,When the test is over,any oil film present on the rod
shall be insufficient to form either a drop or a ring of oil
on the rod. Verify the absence of fluid leakage on all
static seals.
2. Stroke inspection : When the piston has resched the
maximum extension at end stroke, measure the overall
stroke.

Step 3, Pressurizing Test

Testing Methods：
3. Piston seal leakage test : This test is required only if
specified as such by the user.A test pressure equal to the
cylinder’s rated pressure of a test pressure,Verify the
absence of fluid leakage past piston seals.
4. Proof/external leakage test : A test pressure of 1.5
times the cylinders rated pressure or recommended
operating pressure shall be applied altemately to both
ends of the cylinder and held for 10 s. Verify the
structural integrity of the cylinder. Verify the absence of
fluid leakage on all static seals. Verify the absenceof fluid
leakage on throttle screw or on non-return valve (check
valves) of end –of-stroke cushions,as applicable.If any
cylinder components are sealed by a weld, verify the
sbsence of fluid leakage at the weld seam(s).
