GRIVENCE PANEL FINDING OF PROBABLE CAUSE
Dear Attorney Larrabee and Attorney Manafort:
Pursuant to Practice Book §2-32 and Rule 1 of the Grievance Panel Rules of Procedure, the
Fairfield Judicial Distriet Grievance Panel (hereinalter, “Gris Panel”) has completed its
investigation of the above referenced grievance complaint. Ata scheduled meeting of the
Grievance Panel the Panel determined that the record supported a finding of probable cause that
the Respondent engaged in misconduct. The Grievance Panel made its determination based upon
the written record and without the need for a hearing or following a hearing conducted in
accordance with Practice book §2-32(h) and Rule 2 of the Grievance Panel Rules of Procedure.

aud and one count of failure to disclose a foreign bank account,

Rule 8.4 Misconduct ~ The Panel found that the guilty findings provide sufficient evidence to
find probable cause that the Respondent violated Rule 8.4(2) and 8.4 (3),
Pursuant to Practice Book §2-32(i), this letter and a copy of the Grievance Panel’s record are
being filed with the Statewide Grievance Committee and Disciplinary Counsel's Office. A
hearing will be conducted before the Statewide Grievance Committee in accordance with
Practice Book §2-35(c). You will be contacted in writing by the Statewide Grievance
Committee regarding the time and place of the hearing. You will also be contacted by the Office
of Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding this matter. This concludes the Grievance Panel's
investigation of the matter.
