Cast-in-Place Ready Mix Concrete Receiving Inspection

Concrete delivered at a temperature in excess of 35°C or that fails to
maintain a temperature of 35°C until used, shall be rejected.
Concrete shall be discharged from the mixer within 90 minutes or 300
revolutions of the mixer from the time the mixing water was added.
The required compressive strength tests in accordance with ASTM C39/C39M
shall be as follows:

All ready-mix concrete shall be delivered to the site with a batch ticket listing
the following:
Name of the ready-mix company
Serial number of the ticket, date, truck number
Name of purchaser
Name of the job and location
Saudi Aramco mix design number
Amount of concrete in cubic meters (or yards)
Time of loading if wet mix
Amount of water added by the receiver of concrete with his initials
Reading of the revolution counter at the first addition of water

Type, brand and amount of cement, silica fume, aggregates and admixtures
Truck mixing is allowed if the discharge of the concrete cannot be achieved
within 90 minutes after introduction of the mixing water to the cement and
aggregates or before the drum of the truck has revolved 300 revolutions,
provided that:
The discharge of the concrete shall be completed within three hours or before
