Gan Puttee Kriya: The Kriya to Make the


Impossible Possible
Gan Puttee Kriya will redeem all the negativity of the past and
present. It will take away all negative karma of your past,
smooth out your day to day problems and create a positive
tomorrow.

Part 1

Posture: Sit like a yogi in easy pose with a straight spine. The
backs of your hands are resting on your knees with the palms
upward.

Eyes: The eyes are nine-tenths dosed.

Mantra: Chant Sa Ta Na Ma   Ra Ma Da Sa   Sa Say So Hung from


your heart in a natural, relaxed manner, chanting in a steady
relaxed monotone or in the manner of Kirtan Kriya:

SA - your thumb and Jupiter nger touch

TA - your thumb and Saturn nger touch

NA - your thumb and Sun nger touch

MA - your thumb and Mercury nger touch

RA - your thumb and Jupiter nger touch

MA - your thumb and Saturn nger touch

DA - your thumb and Sun nger touch


SA - your thumb and Mercury nger touch

SA - your thumb and Jupiter nger touch

SAY - your thumb and Saturn nger touch

SO - touch your thumb and Sun nger touch

HUNG - your thumb and Mercury nger touch

Time: Start with 11 minutes and slowly work up to 31 minutes practice time.

To nish: Inhale and hold the breath for 20-30 seconds while you move every part of your
body. Exhale. Repeat this sequence two more times to circulate the prana to every part of the
body. This is for self-healing.

Part 2

Sit in absolute calmness and concentrate on the tip of your nose. Continue for 1 minute.

“Gan Puttee is another name for Ganesha, the god of knowledge and writing. He is often
represented with a rat at his feet. The rat represents cleverness and the ability to get through
any barrier to the solution. This meditation can dissolve any conundrum or blockage in your
life.” -Gurucharan Singh Khalsa
