The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LIBMANAN, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites
contractors registered with and classified by the Philippines Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for
eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the above mentioned projects:

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years, with an
amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding and have Key Personnel and Equipment available for the
execution of the Project. The list of Minimum Equipment requirements indicated in the Eligibility Form. The Eligibility
Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-
Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.

Interested Bidder/s with authorized representative must submit an Original Oath/Affidavit in submitting Letters of
Intent (LOI) and attending Opening of Bids stating that s/he is authorized for that specified purpose/s. Affidavit of
site inspection shall also be required from interested bidders.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, PreBidding
Conference/s, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent
provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
