Paul Tierney handed Pickford a dressing down but he ultimately avoided any punishment

When asked about the tackle at full-time, Pochettino said: 'I didn't see. I am very
curious to see the action.

'I think it wasn't a great action [from Pickford]. I don't want to say nothing because I
didn't see. I think it was a tough action but I don't want to say nothing.'

Spurs moved to within two points of Manchester City in the Premier League table
thanks to a thumping 6-2 win on Merseyside.

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min both scored braces while Alli and Eriksen also got on
the score sheet as Spurs recorded their ninth away win in 11 matches.
