Your orators aver that said alteration of said written contract was made by said Guntner, Blackburn and Dawson,or their associates, or sone of then, after its execution and delivery as aforesaid, without the sanction or knowledge of your orators,or of any agent of your orators, and in fraud of your orators’ cights $ and they are advised, believe and aver that said contract is thereby discharged.
