What makes construction project management challenging?


Uncertainties in manufacturing:

how much?
when to produce?
level of quality?

→ mainly driven by quantity of output


→ uncertain demand (output)
→ more simulation in manufacturing
→ more data available, fewer changes
→ process and product is well established
