Ad Development Coordinator Needed

Forward Publishing, a thriving start-up media and production company based in Sherman Oaks, CA, currently has
an opening for an Ad Development Coordinator. The Ad Development Coordinator will support the Director of
Special Projects & Ad Development in coordinating advertising for Daily Wire podcasts and other Forward
Publishing projects that sell advertising. Additionally, the Ad Development Coordinator will offer assistance on
various special projects for the company at large as needed. Our ideal candidate for this role has an assisting
and/or finance background, is sharp, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.


 Assist Director of Special Projects & Ad Development with ad insertion orders, sales index, and
advertising schedule
 Ensure that all Ad department spreadsheets are updated daily, are organized, and only display relevant
 Track podcast listener data daily
 Compile regular financial and inventory reports for Director of Special Projects & Ad Development
 Host product onboarding calls with talent and agency
 Vet, organize, and distribute ad copy to production and talent
 Maintain sponsor promotional information on for all talent
 Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

 Previous professional experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant (preferred)

 Academic and/or professional background in business, finance, and/or accounting (preferred)
 Ability to build and track budgets, spreadsheets, and calendars
 Strong ability to work with numbers and ratios easily and accurately
 Excellent proof-reading skills
 Impeccable grammar and spelling skills
 Detail-oriented but can also summarize complex issues
 Highly organized
 Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 LA-based

Reports to: Director of Special Projects & Ad Development

Start date: Immediate
Employment type: Full-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $18-$22/hour, dependent upon experience
