Scope of Work:
 Provide overall strategic and managerial leadership of the project in collaboration with all
of the major stakeholders;
 Monitor TB Program’s performance in achieving National TB Program or NTP’s goals
and objectives;
 Coordination with USAID capacity building activities for TB Technical, management,
leadership and strategic planning
 Coordinate with NTP and regional MoH on the identification of project technical
assistance needs required to achieve the expected outputs of the contract, development
of suitable scopes of work, recruitment of consultants, and execution of technical
assistance contracts;
 Coordinate with NTP , partners and USAID to determine all training and other technical
needs and to identify suitable opportunities to support each component of the project;
 Provide administrative supervision for all long- and short-term staff;
 Ensure that field staff prepare and update performance data on a regular basis;
 Identify NGOs and other entities to work with hard-to-reach populations;
 Design and operationalize an annual project planning cycle which formulates
comprehensive annual workplans and budgets in accordance with the USAID annual
planning cycle and assures timely disbursement of funds;
 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project activity reports as specified in the
Contract
