I have the honor to request from your good office for a transfer from my present
station,Laungcupang Elementary School, La Paz South District, La Paz, Tarlac to Libueg
Elementary School, Camiling West District, Camiling,Tarlac.

My requests for transfer are due to the following reasons:

 That I am a resident of Brgy. Anoling 1st, Camiling, Tarlac.

 That the transfer would make the workplace very accessible for me in case there might be
occasions of which may suddenly require my presence over for school matters.
 I can fully accomplish my duties and responsibilities as classroom teacher
if I am close proximity to my workstation.
 It is of my great advantage having saved my traveling and house rental expenses which
can augment my studies and family needs and for the good of the service.
