u may find it helpful to start a memory journey diary to keep

imilar to creating outdoor journeys but with a few extra steps:

Think of a building you know well (this can be anywhere, your

home, school, office, favourtie restaurant, church - anywhere!)

Sketch the rough layout of the building on a piece of paper.

Plan a route through the rooms of the building (see tips below).

Break the rooms into features to create stations if needed.

Close your eyes and travel your planned route.

Write the rooms and room-features in order as a list to the left.

re are some route drawing tips you'll find helpful:

Don't cross your own path (try to keep the route linear)

It's OK to move through walls (this makes tip 1 easier!)

Always try to finish at an exit (this lets you expand your route

out of the building if you have to.

en you're done, rehearse the route in your mind. Try it forwards

kwards and from the middle in both directions until you feel

INSTRUCTIONS

Ok, this one's pretty niche. But if you want to commit

lists of binary numbers or TRUE/FALSE outcomes

(e.g., coin tosses) to memory (or communicate with

the machine overlords of our future) then the binary

numbers and associated characters to the left may

come in handy (you never know!).

As with the other bonus systems, this one should

populate itself automagically from your Dominic

System as you complete it!
