Arrest I Disposition | Location | Michael Ray Wright was charged on July 30, 2018, for a sexual assault that occurred on July 13, 2018. Wright met the victim outside of HMAC after the bar had closed. Wright proceeded to hang out with the victim and her friend for a couple of hours, after which the friend dropped off Wright and the victim at a residence on the 600 block of Oxford Street, Once at the residence, Wright demanded oral sex from the victim. When she refused and tried to leave, he began to hit her. Wright told the victim she could leave after he was done having sex with her and proceeded to rape her. When Wright finished, the victim ran out of the house. She was then taken to the Polyclinic Hospital by a bystander. Due to the extent of her injuries, she was then transported to Hershey Medical Center for evaluation and treatment. Michael Ray Wright was charged with one count each of Rape - Forcible Compulsion, 1DSI Forcible Compulsion, Indecent Assault - Forcible Compulsion, Aggravated Assault, and False Imprisonment.
