Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Bill will be presented in the parliament giving

legal and constitutional cover to the centuries old jirga and panchayat systems in the
country with a view to ensure speedy resolution of petty civil matters and reduce the
burden of litigations on the courts.

The opposition finds flaws and will be contesting not to pass the Bill.

This bill has been passed in National Assembly in February 2017, but for class quiz
our government will be presenting the bill again.
