I, Ron Laffitte, hereby declare as follows: 1, This Declaration is made of my personal knowledge and I am competent to attest to the facts set forth herein, I am a partner with Red Light Management, an artist management company with offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York and Charlottesville. I have been the manager for Chris Comell since October of 2007. 2. On September 10, 2008, I flew to Seattle on instructions from Chris Comell for a meeting between Chris, the other members of Soundgarden, and their manager, Kelly Cantis. I arrived at Kelly’s office just after 6:30 p.m. Once I arrived, the meeting began. Present at the meeting were myself, Chris, the three other Soundgarden members, and Kelly. Susan Silver was not present at the meeting. During the course of that meeting, there were a number of things discussed about potential future activities for the band, including maintenance of the Soundgarden website and sale of Soundgarden merchandise.
