TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that MS. ARLINA V. GALVAN-CABILATAZAN, who has been

occupying the position of Evaluator in the Office of the Registrar at Zamboanga
del Sur Maritime Institute of Technology (ZSMIT), Pagadian City, since 1994 up to
2014, is hereby cleared of all money, property and paperwork accountabilities, as
of the last week of October, 2014 when her employment as such evaluator was
involuntarily terminated due to unexpected change of administration in the said
school.

This further certifies that during her stay with the school from 1994 to
2014, MS. ARLINA V. GALVAN-CABILATAZAN was prompt, as well as efficient in
her duties and responsibilities, and the services rendered by her were excellent.

This certification is issued upon her request for all legal intents and
purposes.
