    This document summarizes the results of a serviceability check on an RC beam with a 7.9248m span. Stress, creep, and crack width checks were performed at three sections along the beam length under positive and negative load combinations. The stress ratios were all below allowable values except for one check. Crack widths were all below the allowable limit. Deflection was also found to meet code requirements.
