Article Info Abstract

Article History As we know and once we feel, learners both in primary and secondary,
especially when facing the world of education, which they can not
overcome maximally. In the National Education System Law Number 20
Received:
Year 2003 It is clear that the national education aims to develop the
01 Month Year
potential of learners to be human beings who believe and piety to God
Accepted: Almighty, noble, healthy knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent
01 Month Year and a citizens of a democratic and responsible. It is said not as an easy
matter because education has a great responsibility both to Allah SWT
Keywords and to nature. That is why the author is asking for the issue of how, when
the condition of learners while facing learning problems, and of course
education how an educator in Islamic Education recognize and anticipate the
Islamic study problems that occur as well as possible according to Islamic teachings.
Problem solving

Introduction

Teaching is an activity that is educative. Educational value coloring the interaction that occurs between
teachers and students. Interactions that are valuable educational because of teaching and learning activities
conducted, directed to achieve certain objectives that have been formulated before teaching is done. Teachers
consciously plan their teaching activities systematically by taking advantage of things for the sake of teaching.
(Ramsden.P, 2003)
Hope that never disappears and always teachers tunutk is, how the material of the teacher's lesson can be
mastered by the students completely. This is a fairly difficult problem felt by teachers. Difficulties are due to
students not only as individuals with all its uniqueness, but they also as social beings with different backgrounds.
At least there are three aspects that distinguish one student with another, namely aspects of intellectual,
psychological, and biological. (Baltes, PB, Staudinger, UM & Lindenberger.U, 1999)
These three aspects are acknowledged as the root of the problem that gives birth to a variety of attitudes
and behaviors of students in schools. It is also a pretty heavy duty for teachers in managing the class well.
Teachers' complaints are often expelled simply because of the difficulty of grasping the classroom. Due to the
failure of teachers to manage the classroom, the purpose of teaching is also difficult to achieve. This is
unnecessary, because the effort can be wide open. One way is to minimize the number of students in class.
Applying some of the principles of classroom management is another effort that can not be ignored. The chosen
approach is absolutely necessary to support classroom learning. (Sadler.TD, 2011).

Good class management will give birth to a good learning and teaching interaction as well. Good, TL, &
Lavigne, AL (2017) Learning objectives can be achieved without finding meaningful obstacles. Only
unfortunately good class management is not always sustainable, due to certain conditions there is an unwanted
interruption coming suddenly. A disorder that comes suddenly and beyond the teacher's ability is a spontaneity
constraint in classroom management. With the presence of spontaneity constraints, the classroom atmosphere is
usually disturbed. The problem of classroom management is a problem that is never absent from the teacher's
agenda. Biggs, JB (2011). Therefore, with the paper scientific writers expect that we can anticipate and minimize
the problems that occur in the learning process.
Problem Statement

1. How to know the strategy of facing learners the problem of learning in Islamic education?
2. How to know and understand the strategy to deal with learning problems in learners in Islamic education?

Literature Review

1. Understanding the nature of Students d Islamic Education

Learners here are every individual (human) who follow the formal and non-formal education activities in
order to develop the potentials of humanity, is the seed of the possibility to become human. Like mango seeds
however form if planted properly, must be a mango tree and instead become a guava tree.

Learners are the subject educate. The modern view tends to mention that because learners (regardless of
age) are autonomous subjects or individuals who want to be acknowledged as individual personality in order to
solve problems that continue to exist throughout their lives (Umar Tirtaharja & La Sulo, 2008).
The typical character of the learner who must be understood by the learners is:
a. Individuals who have potential physical and psychic typical, so it is unique humans.
b. The developing individual .
c. Individuals who have the ability to be independent.

2. Concept of Teaching and Learning Strategy in Islamic Education

The development of the Islamic sciences relies on a gigantic education system that includes formal and non-
formal education that enables the mobilization and transfer of knowledge in all its forms and forms. Of course the
educational system is based on traditional Islamic concepts of knowledge and education. He emphasized first the
religious sciences but encompassed all other forms of knowledge from God's Justice to Pharmaceutical Science
(Nasr: 1976).
In general, the strategy of Islamic Education has the meaning of a broad outline of the bow to act in an effort
to achieve the target that has been determined. Associated with teaching learning, strategies can be interpreted as
general patterns of teacher and student activities in the realization of teaching and learning activities to achieve
the goals outlined (Syaiful Bahri Djamara & Azwan Zain, 2010).
There are 4 s Strategy basis for learning:
1. Identify and define the specifications and qualifications for changes in the students' behavior and personality
as expected.
2. Choosing approach system learning based on the aspirations and views of community life.
3. Choosing and establishing the most appropriate and effective teaching procedures, methods, and techniques
that can be used by teachers in carrying out their teaching and learning activities.
4. Establish norms and minimum limits of success so that can be used as guidance in evaluating the results of
teaching and learning (Syaiful Bahri Djamarah, Aswan Zain: 2010).
The Muslims were confronted in the 19th century AD to a western scientist who threatened the level of
knowledge in Islam and the balance in his educational system that would bring about unprecedented destruction
in Islamic history. Al Farabi is well known as the second teacher because he has made the rules (order) of the
sciences and made his classification in a lower degree, Mir Damad performs that function also in the Persian
kingdom of Savafid and earned his third teacher. Now Islam really needs the fourth teacher to recreate the level
of knowledge that is so important to the Islamic perspective and to classify the sciences in such a way as to avoid
the validity of the secularization of knowledge and apparently the people of the ultimate goal of all knowledge in
the midst of the busyness of the changing forms science is very fast and moving forward getting faster and faster
without getting closer to the center of the sphere and the universal form (Nasr, 1976).
The Islamic Education System has the characteristics of philosophy and its goals that reflect the ideology of
life in Islamic society. To be fairer, to discuss the issue of Islamic education so that many people behave in order
to be saved and we stay away from it. But it is a must a gamma, the necessity of education, and must be scientific.
.
3. Problem of Learning Students

a. Learning Process
There are various opinions about the meaning of learning such as:
1) Learning is an attempt to forge a relationship between stimulants and reactions. This view is expressed by the
flow of psychology pioneered by Thorndike the flow of Connectionism.
2) Learning is an attempt to adjust to the conditions or situations around us. This view is generally expressed by
followers of the flow of Behaviorism.
3) For Pysco-reflection learning he viewed it as an attempt to form new reflexes. For this stream of learning is a
tangible series with the motion of reflexes that can cause artificial reflexes.

From the above description can be concluded that learning is the process of change. These changes are not
a negative change but a positive change, a change that leads to progress for improvement.
People who learn more and more will be able to understand the relationships and differences of materials
learned, and at the same level can make a form that did not exist or improve the existing forms.
In this learning problem, teaching methods will greatly affect the way of learning of people who are
teaching. If subjects are given without purpose and students are required to remember and get things that are not
aimed, this will weaken the spirit of learning. Conversely, if subjects are organized in such a way that they have
a particular purpose and that students have a broad understanding, then the spirit of learning will come naturally,
not only in the sense of obtaining information and skills, but also in the sense of adding strength to interpret, the
ability to acquire, use and change attitude (Hasan Langgulung, 2003).

b. Other factors of effects learning

In addition to the way of learning, there are other factors that influence learning. Let us look at these factors.
1) Capability
Children who have more innate ability will be easier and will learn faster than children who have less ability.
But this is not the dominant factor in learning.
2) Physical Conditions of Child learning
People who learn not regardless of physical conditions. Several research conducted the physical condition
affects the child's learning condition.
3) Child Psychic Condition
In addition to physical conditions, psychological conditions should also be considered, poor psychological
conditions may be caused by physical conditions that are not good, may also be caused by environmental
disturbances, family circumstances, economic and others. This is all a learning disorder for learners.
4) Learning progress
This is an important grip in learning. The willingness to encourage learning and conversely the lack of will
can weaken learning.
5) Attitudes to teacher, Subjects and Their Understanding About Their Own Progress
Understanding of their own progress, meaning that progress or setbacks can encourage those who learn to
study harder.
6) Guidance
This guidance should be given to prevent blind attempts, until the child does not fail, but can bring success.
7) Deuteronomy
In the study need their natural learning and, this is a vital element in learning. The existence of these reminders,
can show the people who learn the progress and weaknesses (Slameto, 2010).

4. Learning Problems Facing p there Students d nature of Islamic Education

The first step that must be taken to improve the system or teaching and learning process is the education
system implemented in Islamic countries, trying to foster a comprehensive, realistic, flexible, philosophy of
education, taking its foundations and principles. From the noble principles and teachings of Islam and its creed
related to the nature of the universe, human beings include learners and their life with the Creator (Hasan
Langgulung, 2003).
For that reason, educational issues can be known by:
a. Growing Motivation and learning
b. Learning Dexterity and Knowledge
c. Learning Receptions
d. Thinking Reflection
e. Applying the principles complete learning (Mustaqim Abdul Wahab: 2010).
Research methodology

Research method that writer use is literature study.

Data analysis

Speaking of the success of teaching, in Islam the success of teaching it when an educator successfully
overcome the problems that exist during the learning process and achieve the goal of making a man who plays a
moral and high moral value and can apply what is taught in in his daily life with one goal to always go to the path
of truth, Rahmatan Lil'alamin.
But to know that a process of coping strategies in the problem of learning can be said to succeed if a teacher
has a guideline on the current curriculum that has been enhanced that is if the specific instructional goals can be
achieved, including:
a. Success Indicators
1) Absorbability to teaching materials taught achieve high achievement, either individually or in groups .
2) The behavior outlined in the objectives of teaching / i nstruksional special (ICT) has been achieved by the
students, either individually or in groups.
b. Assessment of Success
1) Formative Test , to get a picture of students' absorption on a subject .
2) Substentive Test, includes a number of specific teaching materials that have been taught in a certain time.
3) Sumative Test , covering a number of specific teaching materials that have been taught in one semester.
4) Level of success
Table.1 Result of education level
If all the lesson material that is taught it can be
a. Special / Max :
mastered by students.
If most (76% to 99%) of teaching materials can be
b. Very good / optimal :
mastered by students .
If lessons are taught only 60% to 75% are controlled
c. Good / minimal :
by students.
If lesson learned material less than 60% controlled
d. Less :
by students .

Thus the data contained in the format of student absorption in the lesson and the percentage of student
achievement in the achievement of ICT, it can be known the success of teaching and learning process that has
been done educators and learners themselves (Syaiful Bahri Djamarah, Aswan Zain: 2010) .

Conclusion

There are several scientist me n yelidiki learning problems and obtained the following data:
1. Baselt
He investigated the number remembered by 495 7-year-olds from Baltimore schoolchildren on American
history. After 1 year, the students only remember about 25% of what is taught.
2. Layton
Layton found that only 1/3 can be remembered from early algebra lessons after one year.
3. Gadestrom
In an investigation of n yes in some classes at the University of Life Sciences minesota about lessons. After a
year of not taught, only 6/10 - 8/10 of the memorable part.
From the above Investigations can be concluded that the material we studied can not be remembered
completely (Hasan Langgulung: 2003) .

The mission of Islamic Education is preparing mankind to be a perfect person, achieving the one goal of
expecting to be on the path of truth that Rahmatan Lil'alamin. Therefore education itself includes learners in the
face of learning. The reason for the development and education itself is always changing. Problems encountered
during the learning process is very broad and complex because the target is different learners each individual.
Senge, PM (2006).
Therefore, in order for these learning problems to be solved, a strategy on basic learning problems that
can be used as a reference for the solution of practical problems arising in practice in the field. With the problems
raised learners in learning, the main issues are one to another, the factors that affect its development, the actual
problems and efforts to overcome it is expected that educators or educator candidates better understand
the problems learning faced by learners, finding strategy, formulating it and looking for alternative
solution.
