■ 人身安全 Person Safety

安装(尤其是电气连接时)须在不下雨的白天进行。
Install(especially when electrical connection)onn the daytime without raining.
进行接线操作时，工具要绝缘处理，要戴绝缘手套，避 避免触电。
When connect cables, tools must be insulation. Use insulation gloves to avoid
electric shock.
操作过程中请佩戴保护手套，以防划伤手。
During operating
operating, please wear protective gloves to avoid scratch
scratch.
为防止打孔时粉尘进入人体呼吸道或落入眼中，操作人 人员应采取相应的防护措施。
Operation staff should protect themselves human respiratory tracts and eyes from
dust when punching.

1. 地基安装 Foundation Construction

按照下图所示的方式。用8个螺母，将四个钢筋固定在 在一起。
Use 8pcs screw nut to fix 4pcs rebar. Please follow below
w drawing.

在安装地点开挖一个1m*1m*1.6m的地基坑，地基的

Dig a hole in the location where need to install pole, thee excavation size of 8 meters high solar street lamps is
1mX1mX1.6m.The excavation depth can be increase acccording to the actual situation during the construction
process.

After excavation, pouring 20-30cm concrete C20 into thhe hole, then place the anchor cage, continue pouring
concrete, until flush with the ground. Pay attention thatt make sure the anchor cage horizontal and anchor cage thread
will higher than the horizontal ground about 10cm,thenn continue pouring concrete, until flush with the ground.
 2. 安装电缆和控制电箱 Install cable and box

用类似木箱之类的垫子垫高灯杆。用以方便安装灯杆 杆并且保护太阳能板和LED路灯。
Use wooden case to support pole, So it is easy to install and
a protect solar panel and lamp.

 先将铁丝穿过控制电箱，然后穿入灯杆入线口，最后用

4 先将铁丝穿过控制电箱，然后穿入灯杆入线口，最后用 用铁线勾把铁线从顶部出线口拉出。

b 安装控制电箱 Install box

用类似木箱之类的垫子垫高灯杆。用以方便安装灯杆并 并且保护太阳能板和LED路灯。
Use wooden case or stone to support pole,so it is easy to innstall and protect solar panel and lamp.

1 把支架3安装到支架2上，并用两颗螺丝锁上。

When fix the bracket 2 to bracket 1,please pay
attention to the direction.
2 调整好支架1与支架2的角度，然后用螺丝锁紧。

b 安装太阳能电池板 Install solar panel

在有光的白天，将太阳能板正面朝上，用钳流表测量每块光 光伏组件的电压，每块板的电压值范围为16-22V。
In the daytime, solar panel orientate to the sun,and use pilers floow table to test each solar panel voltage,the voltage
range:16-22V.

4 用钳流表测量太阳能板的电压，太阳能板的电压值范围为25~42V，并安装太阳能板的线缆。
Use pilers flow table to measure solar panel voltage,the voltage range 25-42V,then connect solar panel cable.

Cautions
太阳能板延长线裸露部分穿线过程中需要用绝缘胶布包裹住，防止太阳能板短路。
The bulk wire should be use insulate tape to cover, protecct solar panel to avoid short circuit.
 5 将太阳能板的支架套到灯杆上
Connect solar panel bracket to the pole.

6 将太阳能板的支架固定在灯杆上。

Cautions

旋转支架调整角度时，确保灯要朝向正路面。
a. 旋转太阳能板支架与灯臂之间的角度，使角度B等于 Rotate bracket and adjust bracket angle, please ensure
角度A。在北半球，太阳能板要朝向正南；在南半球， lamp orientate to road side.

b.调整好太阳能板的角度后，用螺丝将支架固紧在灯杆上 。

4. 安装灯臂 Install pole arm
1 将灯具的电缆穿过灯臂。The lamp wire should though the pole.

2 用两颗螺丝把灯臂锁紧在灯杆上。
Use 2pcs screws to fix pole arm to the pole.

5. 安装LED灯具 Install LED lamp
连接灯具线缆。 Connect lamp wire.

Cautions
螺栓装配扭力参考值：9.5± 1.0N·m。
The torque of screws range:9.5± 1.0N·m.

2 锁紧灯具螺栓。Lock lamp screw bolt.

具套进灯臂，灯臂直径：50-60mm；套进值：120mm.

臂与灯具用2颗M8X10螺栓紧固.需用工具:S4内六角扳手.
2、灯臂
Fasten pole arm and lamp fixture with 2 pcs M8*20 screws using S4

6. 立起并固定灯杆 Erect and fix pole
Cautions
1. 用吊车立灯杆时，注意不要碰坏灯具。When use crane hang the pole, do NOT damage lamp.

7. 蓄电池安装 Install battery
a 安装准备 Prepare
Cautions

1. 电池必须遵照图中的正负极所示摆放电池。Please place thhe battery per below figure.

2. 进行电池之间的接线操作时，必要时使用绝缘工具。
When connect the wire between battery, if necessary,please use
u insulating tools.
3. 蓄电池在接线时，务必做好绝缘及防短接措施。 （用绝缘 缘胶布包裹住引出线）.
When connect the wire between battery , please do the insulaation and protection.(use insulating tape)
4. 电池搬动时，务必轻拿轻放。When moving the battery , pllease handle with care.

在起重车的帮助下，将两个蓄电池安装到控制电箱里 里。
With the help of crane, hang the 2pcs batteries to the box.

 8. 控制器安装接线和系统上电调试 Controlller connect wire and system test

b 连接端子的电缆连接方式：Connect terminnal wire method:

1、剥电缆5mm绝缘层；Use wire stripper to peel cable 5mm

2、用压线钳将电缆与端子压接牢固；Use wire pilers to fiix between cable and terminal.
3、用手将端子插入连接器头内。Put terminal into connecttor by hand.

注意 听到“咔嚓”声 表明端子正确卡到位置

Cautions : Hearing click noise, means terminal fix the right placce.
c 安装及调试控制器 Install and test controoller
先把蓄电池线缆与控制器的线缆连接起来，控制器中的蓄 蓄电池绿色指示灯亮，白天时闪烁；如果在夜晚，指示
灯常亮。Connect battery wire and controller wire,the batteryy's green indicator of controller is on.In the daytime,it will
be flicker.In the nighttime,it will be on all the night.

然后把LED路灯线缆与控制器的线缆连接起来，等待6分钟 钟后，LED路灯亮。此时负载指示灯常亮。
Connect LED lamp wire and controller wire,waiting for 6 minnutes,LED lamp is on. The indicator light will on.

最后把太阳能板的线缆与控制器的线缆连接，用钳流表检 检测蓄电池充电电流不为0，说明充电回路正常。白天
时，6分钟后LED灯灭。Connect solar panel wire and controoller wire,use pilers flow table to test battery recharge
current,if the current is not zero, it is work well.In the daytim
me,LED lamp will be off after 6 minutes.

将控制器安装到控制电箱上。
Install controller to the box.

Cautions
安装及调试控制器时要先接蓄电池端子 再接LED路灯
安装及调试控制器时要先接蓄电池端子，再接LED路灯 灯端子 最后接太阳能板端子
灯端子，最后接太阳能板端子。
When you install and test controller, you should connect batteery terminal at first, then connect LED lamp terminal,at last
connect solar panel terminal.
