The Levenfish Variation of the Sicilian Dragon
begins with the moves 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4
cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.f4. This is a
collection of 29 chess puzzles from the first 22
moves of masters’ games  featuring the Leven-
fish. Each diagram represents the critical posi-
tion of the game and a tactic nearly unique to
this opening. The reader is invited to find the
