NEIGHBORLY ACCOMMODATION

- Darin and Lisa Chestnut ("Chestnut") are owners of 17828 SE 40th Place, Bellevue, WA 98008.

- Andrew Ko and Mishelle Ying ("Ko") are owners of 17822 SE 40th Place, Bellevue, WA 98008
(“property”) which is immediately to the west and adjacent to 17828 SE 40 th Place.

- On June 2nd , 2016, Darin Chestnut indicated in a telephone conversation with Andrew Ko that the
Chestnuts desire to cross Ko's property on occasion to physically carry materials down to their own
lakefront backyard.

- As a "neighborly accommodation," the Ko's grant a limited time and revocable license to Darin
Chestnut and Lisa Chestnut to cross Ko's property when the need arises during daylight hours.

- In exchange for this license, the Chestnuts agree to maintain the hedge and trees located on Chestnut’s
property that overhangs onto Ko’s property.

- The Chestnuts shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Andrew Ko and Mishelle Ying from and
against any and all claims, costs, losses, liabilities, damages, fines and expenses of any nature (including,
without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) (collectively, "Losses") that arise out of or
related to, directly or indirectly, crossing Ko's property.

- Darin and Lisa Chestnut shall have no lasting or permanent claims on Ko's property as a result of this
neighborly accommodation. The Chestnuts shall not now nor in the future make any claims, legal or
otherwise, on Ko's property.

- This limited time and revocable license shall be valid for 1 year and renewable on a yearly basis until
such time as the need to cross Ko's property is no longer desired; or 17828 SE 40th Place is sold or
transferred. This license can be revoked at anytime for reasonable causes.

- This limited time and revocable license is only applicable to the Chestnuts and Kos: this license does
not pass to subsequent owners/tenants/transferees of 17828 SE 40th Place, Bellevue, WA 98008; nor
bind subsequent owners/transferees of 17822 SE 40th Place, Bellevue, WA 98008.

Under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington, we the undersigned declare the
foregoing is true and correct, and agree to the terms of the neighborly accommodation:
