Niskotlačni CO2 sustav je naročito pogodan za
zaštitu prostora za koje je potrebna velika količina
CO2. Naše sustave projektiramo i gradimo prema
zahtjvima svakog specifičnog objekta, a dosadašnja
referenca sadrđi uređaje i do 40.000 kg CO2 po
jednom niskotlačnom spremniku. Moguće su i
kombinacije sa više spremnika.
Niskotlačni CO2 sustavi se sastoje od sljedećih
bitnih dijelova:
- Spremnik CO2 izrađen od posebnog čelika za
niske temperature, sa toplinskom izolacijom,
nivokazom, sigurnosnom i ostalom potrebnom
armaturom, te postoljem na kojem su smješteni i
svi ostali dijelovi modula. Radni pritisak je 23 bar
kod -18 °C.
- Glavni ventili - ručni i pneumatski pogonjeni;
- Zonski ventili sa pneumatskim cilindrima i
polugama za ručno aktiviranje;
- Sustav pneumatskog aktiviranja, sa ormarima
opremljenim potrebnom armaturom i uređajima za
vremensku odgodu aktiviranja - što je potrebno
radi pravovremene evakuacije ljudi iz štićenog
prostora;
- Rashladni uređaji koji se u osnovi sastoje od
kompresora, kondenzatora, isparivača ugrađenih
u CO2 spremnik, pripadajuće armature i
automatike. Ugrađuju se dvije jedinice, svaka sa
punim kapacitetom, koje se naizmjenično
automatski smjenjuju u radu. Rashladni medij je
ekološki prihvatljivi plin R 404-A.
- Elektro ormari koji nadziru rad sustava;
- Razvodni cjevovodi;
- CO2 mlaznice;
- Signalni uređaji, akustični i optički.
The low pressure CO2 system ist most
favourable for usage in extinguishing of
spaces requireing the very big quantity of
carbon dioxide. Our systems are designed
and performed according to the
requirements of each particular object, and
our reference containes the devices with up
to 40.000 kg of CO2 in the single low
pressure tank. Combined systems with
multiple tanks are also possible.
The CO2 low pressure system consistes of
the following essential parts:
- Tank for CO2 storage, performed from the special
steel for low temperatures, with termical insulation,
equiped with level indicator, safety and all other
necessary armatures, with stand construction which
holds all other equipment of the whole module. The
working pressure is 23 bar at -18 °C.
- Main valves - manual and pneumatical
- Zone valves with pneumatic cylinders, and levers for
manual activation;
- Pneumatic activation system, with cabinets equiped
with necessary armatures and time delay devices -
what is necessary because of the evacuation from thr
protected space;
- Refrigerating units, basicly consit of the compressors,
condensers, evaporators placed in the CO2 tank,
appertaining armatures and automatics. Two units are
installed, each with the full capacity, and are working
automatically by terms. The refrigerating agent is
environmental friendly gas - R 404-A.
- Electrical control panels;
- Distribution pipelines;
- CO2 nozzles;
- Signaling devices, acoustical and optical.
