Hand drill item # 15 in place with 3/8 drill x 1/4 deep. Do not drill thru. Install item # 35 and tighten
lock nut
After assembly is complete, torque item # 7 to 3250 lb-ft bearings and threads must be well lubricated.
Item # 8 is then inserted in appropriate slot and fastened in place with item # 30.
Screw heads to be drilled to suit 16 g.a. (0.0625) lockwire
Torque to 30 lb.ft. Lubed
Torque to 50 ft.lb. Lubed
Torque to 75 ft.lb lubed
