First US Installation of Percussion Play’s Baby Floor Piano

Percussion Play is the world’s leading outdoor instrument manufacturer. Headquartered in the
United Kingdom, the company has over 200 representatives in over 60 countries, including the
United States.

Kansas City, MO, January 07, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Percussion Play, the world's leading outdoor
instrument manufacturer, is excited to announce the installation of the first Baby Floor Piano in the
United States. Percussion Play introduced the Baby Floor Piano and the Grand Floor Piano in August of
2018.

High energy and engaging, these fully chromatic mechanical floor pianos are engineered to perform in all
environments. With 13 to 25 notes, kids and adults alike will be able to compose their own music as they
jump, run or dance along the notes.

Made of heavy-duty stainless-steel construction, these floor pianos are installed flush to the ground and
work equally well in schools, parks, and other public spaces.

Park Hill Elementary First in United States to Install New Piano

Park Hill Elementary in Derby, KS has the distinction of being the first in the United States to install the
Baby Floor Piano made by Percussion Play. The school, which serves kindergarten through 5th grade,
created a music garden as part of a bond initiative to create an ADA accessible playground.

The Baby Floor Piano was one of nine outdoor musical instruments installed in the school's new music
garden.

Accessibility was a key consideration in the design of the school's music garden. The goal was for any
child - no matter his or her abilities or what mobility device may be used - to be able to get around and
use all the instruments.

According to Sandy Rusher, Park Hill's principal, “You might expect the piano to be touch sensitive, but
the students have to jump and use physical movement to play music. It offers great exercise and a way to
get children of all abilities engaged and active.”

Floor Pianos Offer “Big” Fun

These interactive and engaging pianos allow “big” fun to be had outdoors in the park, playground or just
about anywhere outdoors where families and friends get together to have fun. Players simply need to step
on or wheel over the notes to produce some great sounds that can be played solo or with friends. The
sonorous subsurface bells will create clear distinctive tones beneath one's feet.
