ASU Plants (air gases) throughout national territory (08 plants at 05 sites) with installed capacity of 1200 ton/day of
products (LOX, LIN and LAR).
Position: Maintenance Engineer - ASU Peru Plants
Period: From March 2018 to June 2018

Main Functions:
Responsible for the asset management of the various plants throughout national territory, implementing the
maintenance strategy developed by the transnational management called Max R&A (Maximum Reliability and
Availability). This strategy includes the efficient resources management in order to minimize waste time through an
adequate execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Responsible for preparing and management
SAQ - CAPEX projects budget (100K – 200K USD).

Main Achievements:
- Sustainability of R&A indicators achieving the target of 98.5%.
- Efficient management of CJM plant stop (200K USD – SAQ: Replacement of Heat Exchanger 3rd Stage MAC PL2)
completing the work in the short time provided by the client.
- Implementation of Planned Maintenance (PM) Compliance indicators, which resulted in 100% in the execution
of PM by monitoring execution pending work orders.
- Preparation of SAQ budget - Replacement of House of Filters MAC PL2, CJM Plant - 100K USD.
- Preparation of SAQ budget - Compressor BOC N° 1 PL3 Maintenance, Pisco Plant - 150K USD.
- Establishment and management of supplier contracts for predictive maintenance (oil analysis, thermography,
and vibrational analysis).

Huarochiri Plant (San Mateo) - Installed capacity of 2.5 million water hectoliters, it has about 100 workers and two
packaging lines, including Line N° 4, manufacturer: SIDEL, cadence of 52000 bot/hour in 600 ml format.
Position: Maintenance Planning Specialist
Period: From March 2015 to August 2017

Main Functions:
Responsible for plant assets management, implementing the maintenance strategy proposed by the transnational
management based on WCM/VPO (TPM) in order to obtain sustainable results. This strategy includes the elaboration
and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance plans (PM), as well as the implementation of autonomous
maintenance (AM - conservation standards, competences matrix of mechanical, electrical and electronic technicians)
and continuous improvement culture (5S, problem solving: 3P, 5PQ, AFF, DMAIC). Responsible for preparing and
managing the plant maintenance budget (S/. 2.8 million), as well as CAPEX and OPEX budget, with direct report to
Plant Manager in order to taking action against deviations. Coordinate with the SIH area the generation and
optimization of the IPERC of the area, elimination of unsafe conditions, and active participation in the implementation
of the VPO Pillar: Safety and Environment.

Main Achievements:
- Efficient management of major preventive maintenance (S/. 800K on average, 50 people team).
- 100% compliance of plant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - efficiencies, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost, water
indicator, energy indicator, maintenance mix.
- Support in engineering projects: Up-grade of Line N° 3, optimization of water resources (1.7 hl/hl to 1.2 hl/hl).
- Implementation of world class lubrication workshop (pneumatic system, zero contamination) as part of
autonomous maintenance.
- Standardization and management of machine operators tools as part of autonomous maintenance.
- Standardization of KLUBER lubricants (reduction of 50 to 15 lubricant types), guaranteed stock contract.
- Development of scripts for management reports, saving 90% of time spent in generating reports.
