Shohoz.com"s responsibilities do not include:
The bus not departing / reaching on time, operator cancelling the trip,
changing the type of bus or seat.
The bus operator"s employees being rude or bus seats etc. not being up
to the passenger"s expectation.
The baggage of the passenger getting lost / stolen / damaged or the
passenger carrying illegal goods.
The passenger waiting at the wrong boarding point or the bus operator
changing the boarding point
2. The passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes
prior to bus departure time. If not, the ticket will be considered cancelled.
3. Without a paper copy of the ticket, passengers will not be allowed to board
the bus.
4. The bus operator reserves the right to cancel/delay trips, change buses and
change seats due to unavoidable reasons.
4. The above mentioned trip time and number are tentative/indicative. If
the trip operates, the ticket will be honored.
5. During Eid travel, bus operators reserve the right to CANCEL / DELAY
trips or change BUSES / SEATS due to unavoidable reasons, which is
beyond Shohoz.com's control. The above mentioned trip time is only
tentative.
6. This ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE and strictly NON-
TRANSFERABLE.
7. In case of trip cancellations during Eid, passengers are
requested to claim the refund for their tickets from
respective bus operators / counters. Shohoz.com will not
be responsible for any delays in processing their
refunds.Fees charged by payment gateways & mobile
payment gateways (e.g. bKash) are non refundable due
to the policies of the respective organizations, which is
beyond Shohoz.com’s control. Shohoz Fee is also non-
refundable.
