1~2 - Unable to make complete sentences even though those are simple
sentences.
- Speak with some words not in sentences and have many pauses.
- Have hard time to understand even slow speed of saying.
3~4 - Can make simple sentence with many errors in tense, numbers and articles.
- Speak with phrases but usages are not correct sometimes and still have
many pauses.
- Still have hard time to understand normal speed of speaking
5~6 - Can make simple sentences all the time with a little errors in tense,
numbers and articles. Seldom use progressive and conditional clauses
- Speak with simple sentences, but having hard time to make compound
sentences without pauses.
- Can understand normal speed of speaking all the time.
7~8 - Can make compound sentences with a little errors. Can use progressive and
conditional clauses.
- Speak compound sentences without pauses
- Can understand normal speed of speaking perfectly

If the average is 5, the level will be 4.

If the average is close to 4, the level will be 3.

If the average is close to 3, the level will be 2.

If the average is under 3, the level will be 1.

If the average is close to 6, the level will be 5.

If the average is close to 7, the level will be 6.

If the average is over 8, the level will be 7.
