AGENCY OBLIGATION

1) Preparing all the Documents as per required by the Administration and

successful submission of same
2) Time period required after submission to acquire RPSL will be 45 (+)(-) 15
days
3) Form VII will be arranged by us including the agreement between ship
owner and company
4) Master and chief engineer will be arranged by agency
