country.

programs in construction of school building, this includes reviewing construction progress
reports, arranging regular progress monitoring meetings , representing ISD in working and
senior level discussions, and making recommendations for the suspension of work or
extension of time for the completion of the projects.
 Preparing construction projects procurement plan and budget acquisition and to ensure
Development programs deliver expected results within the context they operate and these are
communicated internally and externally and to take action to address any issues
 Developing procedures and guidelines for the planning, technical survey and feasibility
assessment of school infrastructure projects.
 Check and control of technical designs and specifications before submission to procurement
department to ensure the technical documents are complementing each other and comply with
established standards such as ACI, AASHTO, ASTM and Afghanistan national code
 Overseeing the closing and handover phase of projects , conducting final inspection, prepare
