We coordinate with our local partners to develop personalized rehabilitation
plans in an effort to increase mobility and independence of our residents. These
partners from local rehabs consist of occupational therapists, physical therapists,
and speech therapists. We work together with our partners to develop a one of
a kind strategy to help you or a loved one reach your goals through targeted
therapy.

SKILLED NURSING & ACUTE CARE

When you need assistance caring for a loved one with higher acuity needs
than what we can handle at our Comfort Care assisted living & memory care
communities, we help coordinate the care with the local nursing facilities and
walk through each step with you.

ASSISTED LIVING
If your loved one needs help managing and accomplishing daily tasks, our
facilities offer great assisted living programs and services. Assisted living services
