1. Human Resource Management (HRM) has many different business functions.


Identify the business functions for each of the following cases:

A) Manages the employees’ work schedules, absences and overtime

Time management

B) Simulated planning scenarios where projections of changes in workforce, cost


elements and staff utilisation can be analysed

C) Central administration of employee's personal data and all other data related to
personnel activities
