Q.1) What happens when two light waves collide?

Visible-light waves will only pass straight through each other and won’t interfere.

Q.2) What are the maximum bandwidth of types of fiber per (specific) wavelength
of light?

Q.3) Graphical Form of Light Spectrum (Visible to Invisible) with its Application

Q.4) What wavelength is the fiber optic cable commonly used?

The most common wavelengths actually used in fiber optics are 850 nm, 1300 nm, and
1550 nm. Multimode fiber is designed to operate at 850 nm and 1300 nm, while single-
mode fiber is optimized for 1310 nm and 1550 nm.

Q.5) Commonly used connector of fiber optics.

ST (an AT&T Trademark) is the most popular connector for multimode networks (ca.
2005), like most buildings and campuses. It has a bayonet mount and a long cylindrical
2.5 mm ceramic (usually) or polymer ferrule to hold the fiber. Most ferrules are ceramic,
but some are metal or plastic.
