Grahanam:

1. Always have Dharbai at home and change them during Eclipses.

2. Dharbai is knows as Bhrama during a Yagna.
3. During a Yagna, the fire essentially speaks to you when you focus and
concentrate on it as ultimate source of energy.

Sri Vemuri Ramamurthy Sastri 1 I had heard about the late Sri Vemuri
Ramamurthy Sastri from many people coming from Andhra for many decades and never
met him. Some praised him sky high for great predictions, some criticized him for
wrong readings. It appeared intriguing to me that a person who made such great
predictions as people said could fail so badly, so very badly. Some failures are
common to all astrologers but how could he fail so badly ? The question remained
unanswered because people talking about him were not astrologers. It was a case
which needed sympathetic understanding. Then I personally had some occasions to
hear of his predictions absolutely first hand when people came to me with his
written predictions. These people had some papers with them. In one sheet was the
horoscope and navamsha , and sometimes other vargas with 1) Seven karakas of
Jaimini. 2) Padas prepared without any rules of exception which Sitaram Jha
wrote about. 3) Jaimini dasha calculated, sometimes mentioning the dasha he
used and many times there was no mention of the dashas. 4) He seemed to know
more than twenty Jaimini dashas which he sometimes mentioned in his written
readings in which he gave his astrological reasons which I have not seen any other
astrologer do. It is how I discovered the use of Mandook Dasha which he mentioned
many times in his readings giving dasha periods.
