4.1. Introductory

4.2. Activity
( 15 mins )  GROUP ACTIVITY

 The teacher will let the students determine their own barriers to exercise.
 Learners with the same answers will be grouped as one.
 Share within the group why they were not able to exercise and how they will correct it.

4.3. Analysis The teacher will ask:
